Th Phonak Slim hearing aid is wonderful. It is stylish, hides well behind my ear, and very effective. My first hearing aid. Its features are advanced and probably address most complaints people have about hearing aides. I recommend to any one who plans to buy or have need for a hearing aid. The company, Direct Hearing, has been proactive, courteous, and very helpful. They also sell the Phonak Slim at a very reasonable cost. Less than half the price I was previously quoted.

I have had hearing aids before - Widex brand liked it as it didn’t slide around, a little more flat behind the ear. I chose Phonak Audeo Paradise (the battery behind the ear). A little more slippery using buttons on the unit, but Fit better behind my ears with glasses, much thinner. Love the Price audiologist quoted me over $6000, PRICE WITH DIRECT HEARING for 2 aids were less then half!!! Love the Bluetooth , they send a Dolby sound connect for TV, can answer the phone with hearing aids sounds clear!! Various preset and custom sound situations you can request. At the Restaurant we had a lot of people and I could hear everyone clear!! WHAT A TREAT!!! I can hear again. Remote Audiologist Will was Fantastic just like in the office!!! Yay! Be sure to try the various silicone bells sent you, you will find the ones you hear the best with!! LOVE THIS COMPANY— THANKS DIRECT HEARING. I am a real person and would love to work for this company, as they are helping so many people!!!

This was my first time buying hearing aids and I did a lot of research as my insurance doesn’t pay anything toward them. I was quoted prices up to 9,000 from my health care provider and up to 8,000 at a private hearing center. I paid a third of that price going through direct hearing. I was nervous about buying them online but everything worked out great and direct hearing did everything they said they would.

My experience from start to finish was AMAZINGLY good. The initial salesperson, Trey Peach, was professional and thorough. I decided on the waterproof PHONAK Audeo Lumity Life L90. These replaced (COSTCO) Kirkland T Coil 10.0. Obviously, the Kirkland brand was inferior to the 'top of the line Lumity Life 90s' and boy is the difference obvious. Straight out of the box, I heard birds and traffic that I had not heard in YEARS. I waited approximately a week and was contacted by Will Russell, a hearing specialist. The 'fine-tuning' made exceptional clarity even better. Everyone with whom I dealt at Direct Hearing were pleasant, professional, patient and helpful. In addition to Costco, I have had Several versions of Resound and Siemens 'BTEs', fit by Audiologists. All of these pale in comparison to my new PHONAKs.

I am so glad to see competition in the hearing aid business. The price for the Phonaks was way less than the quote I got from my audiologist and the service from Direct Hearing was excellent; beyond my expectations. They arrived within 3 business days and were programed quite well from my audiogram. Out of the box, they were much better than my old hearing aids. I received a phone call from Direct Hearing the morning after they arrived to ask if I was pleased, able to get the working, answer questions and set up a phone/video consultation to fine tune the program. I had the session with Will today to determine how well the settings were tailored to my hearing loss and adjust them accordingly. The hearing aids work even better now. Will was very professional. He guided me through the use of the Phonak app to show me how to use the advanced features in app to make custom adjustments with the 3-band equalizer, dynamic compression, and speech focus. Very pleasant experience.

Great Price. Speedy delivery. Only used a couple of days so far but far superior to my previous hearing aids.
