After the initial purchase, I requested an exchange with a different model. DirectHearing was most gracious in handling the exchange. I was most satisfied with the total product and service. I would buy again from DirectHearing.

More thorough than my previous in-person session with an audiologist.

1. Prompt and effective communication 2. Prompt delivery 3. Product exactly as described. 4. Knowledgeable personal 5. Prompt and effective follow up 6. Was able to afford the type of hearing aids I needed. Was skeptical that remote set-up would work but proved to work great for me.

I live in Africa and the ability to reach out with the technology online that Direct Hearing operates as well as Direct Hearing's price versus local costs has been remarkable. Their initial email support, follow-ups as well as the initial fitting went extremely well. The efficiency and friendliness of the person who did my initial installation is much appreciated - as are the results he has helped me achieve. Many thanks to Direct Hearing for helping change my life on the other side of the world.

I did a fair amount of research before I chose a brand and a company to purchase my first pair of hearing aids. There are lots of choices and the idea of an online vendor was a little concerning at first. Direct Hearing was my choice based on price, availability and proposed service. I was not disappointed. Will was my tech and he was unbelievably helpful in following up and tuning my hearing aids. The sales and service team was also very responsive from my first contact thru the delivery and after. I highly recommend that anyone who needs hearing aids give Direct Hearing a call or text. I am not disappointed.

Wills from Direct Hearing did a great job of doing a finer adjustments based on my feedback. Wills could appreciate my problem well and for the first time I feel inclusive in a conversation. I feel comfortable to work with wills while adjusting.
