Best prices, great service. I am very happy with the Widex Moment 440 hearing aids I purchased. After discovering what volume and tonal settings work best for me, they are doing exactly what they're supposed to do. Service at Direct Hearing is top-notch, a rarity nowadays.

I was a little nervous about buying hearing aids online, but the experience was great. I had done a lot of research to find the best model of hearing aids for playing music (I am an amateur musician), and so had an idea about what to order. That was confirmed when I called, and after I got my hearing aids, I was assigned Geza to do my adjustments. He did a great job, took time to let me try playing my music and was very pleasant to deal with. Although I decided to return my hearing aids , my experience with Direct Hearing was superb. They were professional and expedient with the handling of my hearing aid return and ultimate refund. My main reason for returning was due to my desire for Bluetooth and I should have realized that my devices were not Bluetooth at the time they were ordered. That was on me. After waiting a couple years more than I should have for the technology to catch up to have an android phone work with a hearing device that has built-in speakers, so that you do not need to hold up your phone and talk to it to use the Bluetooth. I did my research and everything pointed to the Phonak audio life,lumity L90 waterproof hearing aids. internet research narrowed it down to two companies and I spoke to both. I chose Direct hearing based on trust pilot reviews. 1. my first phone call I spoke with Seth who was very knowledgeable about the hearing aids. I asked many questions and was comfortable with the answers. Another company was having a Christmas sale and he quickly agreed to match the price as they state they will do. I made my purchase. 2. my new hearing aids and supplies where shipped very quickly and when I receive them I installed them and started checking out the nine different earbuds that they sent me so that I could find the best one for me immediately after I received them, I received emails from Miss Bobbi to schedule my tuning appointment I had already taken an online hearing test and they tuned them based on that before they sent them to me after I was comfortable with the hearing aids and the earbuds that they sent me. We scheduled an appointment for fine tuning. I will note that I was very pleased with the improvements of my hearing with the initial adjustments, my family immediately noticed and commented that I didn’t speak so loudly, listen to the TV so loudly and heard things that my son said while he was walking away from me 3. I was very pleased that in the fine-tuning appointment we used the app and I had a face-to-face meeting with Will who also wore hearing aids this worked well because I could hold up things that they had sent me and ask questions. then he had me install my favorite earbuds as the tuning would be specific to those earbuds. We took another hearing test that used all frequencies, and I sign when I could hear them hands up, while he was answering all of my questions, he tuned the hearing aids and I’m going to say wow . When I received the devices and watched TV with my wife, her volume setting was seven mine was 15 and was immediately reduced to 10 after the fine tuning. Will told me that I would be watching TV at seven to say the least I was skeptical. I hope I haven’t gone on too long, but I am glad I waited 15 years for the technology to upgrade from my original hearing aids. I can’t believe what I can hear. some of it is taking time to get used to like the sound of the dogs toenails as he walks on the floor and The refrigerator has a motor that that I can hear when it’s running . The technology for using the phone with the Bluetooth connection has been perfect. I am very pleased with my experience, and will tell others that you can buy online hearing aids without going to a brick and mortar cost was less than half for top-of-the-line devices with AI built-in That automatically changes programs based on your hearing environment.
