I would give a 0 if it was an option!!!! Tried to order from this company last year and my order never shipped. It took multiple emails and voice mails to get a refund. I decided to give them a second chance this summer considering COVID last year. I ordered on July 7. Got a shipping notification. It is now August 22 and still nothing. I checked my tracking number- only a label created. I have now emailed them 3 different times with no response. I am having to escalate a claim through PayPal to get a refund. Diff- y’all suck!!!!!

Horrible customer service. They sent me a scratched pair of glasses and I was told I have to pay a $6 return fee and then $10+ to have a new pair shipped back to me. Never will I do business with them again.

I saw these gorgeous sunglasses on Instagram made by Diff. I ordered prescription glasses and sunglasses. There were a few hiccups along the way however, Heidi made everything better. She went out of her way to make sure my orders were correct and arrived when promised. She fixed an issue I had with a pair of sunglasses. She is amazing, easy to speak with and is the backbone of this company! The products are absolutely gorgeous and well worth a few minor delays/issues. I will definitely be ordering from there again.

I would leave zero stars if I could. There’s no phone number to call if you need assistance. I ordered 2 pair of sunglasses and I received the wrong order, so I tried to look up a phone number to get in contact with customer care to see what would need to be done to resolve the issue in a timely manner. The only way to reach someone is via email and they’ll respond within 1-3 business days. They have a chat set up but the person who you chat with will just direct you to the email and offer absolutely no assistance whatsoever. I regret ever ordering from them and I’ll never make the same mistake again. Hopefully I’ll be able to get a return label soon and get rid of the items I didn’t order in the first place and get a full refund. Order from Blenders or anywhere else that’s not this place.

I love my glasses, bought a pair for my daughter as well. They shipped faster than expected during these crazy times. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and price for a great cause. Can’t wait to buy another pair for my other daughter now that she has seen them and knowing it was a great experience.

Shipping is so slow and the communication is terrible. They said my order finally shipped two days ago but the label is still being created according to Usps. Also, the glasses are huge and don’t well. If I had a time machine, I would not waste my time nor money.

I’ve bought 4-5 pair and customer service has been amazing. I love the products!

Imagine my suprise when I received my package and upon opening it, it was EMPTY, barring the "thank you" note and the packing slip that listed the two pairs of sunglasses that I ordered and paid for. I submitted an email but after reading the lack of responsiveness, I sincerely hope that I'll actually hear back. I mean, at around a hundred dollars per pair, I feel completely scammed. Wish I could post the photos. I'm still just...shocked. 🥺 I will update my complaint if anything is done. Honestly? To ship an empty box, screams lack of quality control.
