I’ve been a DIFF customer for a few years now and have always been happy with the product. I recently purchased a limited edition pair and decided to also purchase the protection plan. I unfortunately ended up needing the protection soon after, one of my kids sat on my glasses and broke the frame. The process was so quick and easy, it’s been less than a week and my replacement pair is already on the way. Haleigh V handled my claim and was excellent, always friendly in the communication and made the process painless. I recommend DIFF to everyone and will continue to do so!

As a new customer I purchased sunglasses, received the wrong pair. Customer Service was very unhelpful. Want to me return the pair before sending the original pair. (understandable) Explained that I need the glasses ASAP for vacation. They won't allow this and wouldn't even make an exception nor give me a discount. Poor customer service. Will never purchase from them again.

I love DIFF! I purchased two pairs of sunnies last year and my favorite pair got scratched last weekend while on vacation. I was upset when I saw that they were sold out and remembered I had paid extra for protection. John S helped me and it was a perfect transaction.

This was my first purchase with DIFF. My package never arrived. They gave me the run around for 2 weeks and refused to refund me. There are tons of other companies out there with great customer service so don't waste your time with this one. Extremely disappointed.

Don't expect to get a refund - shipped he product back the exact same day I received it, which was over a month ago & apparently no one at Diff has seen it. They now refuse to issue my refund. What a total scam & waste of money
