SERIOUSLY: think about it folks. Any place that has 3 times more 1 star reviews then it has four star reviews is a place to stay away from. no one should ever consider walking into that store. And remember they are anti-nra, anti-second amendment, anti veteran, which in my opinion makes them anti-American.I think enough's enough it's time to show our support to other places such as sportsman's Warehouse. Boycott D*ck's Sporting goods at all cost

Above and beyond. I bought a $300 flat top bbq grill from (a so called "inappropriate" and "censored" by trustpilot named sporting goods store) in Rochester, Michigan that starts with D ends in S and has an I a C snd a K in the name. That being said my Sales associate Joe was extremely helpful as they only had the store display to sell me.. He found a screwdriver and disassembled it to fit and careful in loading into my vehicle. Way beyond normal service expectations. Im very satisfied with (inappropriate language business name removed per trustpilot) Sporting Goods.

D-cks sporting goods promotes that they price match. Royal king has lumberjack pellets for 899 a bag d***'s sells it for 1499 a bag they will not match the price which is total bull crap.

They are alittle more on the pricier side but still worth buying. Their products last a long time which indefinitely makes of for the price.

My only experience here was horrible!! They completely were wrong about the co2 tanks I purchased (yes they come filled). I took my children to go shoot them after purchasing, we all put camos on as well as the full amount of safety gear only to find out they come empty. So 2 hours,120 dollars and a 25 mile drive later: I'm not thrilled. Now 3 months later and the machine to fill them is still broken!! The only place in a hour radius.

I purchased these shoes for my grandson and had them delivered to him in Denver, CO. With free shipping! He had them within a few days! I was very happy with the fast delivery, and my grandson was very happy with his brand new basketball shoes!

BAIT & SWITCH!!! Ordered products online on 3/16 and was given the GUARANTEED delivery date of both items as 3/22. A few days later when checking my order status, one of my products delivery date was changed until April 1st. I never received an email stating that there was a change. When I contacted customer service, they told me that April 1st was always my delivery date. WHICH WAS WRONG!!! (I would have never order something to be shipped to my house that would take 2 FULL WEEKS for me to get when I could have picked it up in store.) I explained that to them and even had my original email stating my confirmed order & delivery dates. They could not cancel the order, AND they cannot switch it to In-Store-Pickup. My only two options was to either wait until I receive the product, or buy another one & return the one I get in the mail, basically paying for it twice. They did offer me a $10 credit that I can't use until APRIL 9th!!! BAIT & SWITCH!!!
