High priced , anti gun ,anti NRA, JERKS run this place

I Placed a order for my daughter a Jersey for Christmas on December 9th it was said it would be delivered on the 19th. The 19th come and left and no jersey so I track the order and it said it would be delivered by December 24th so i emailed customer service yesterday morning on the 24th to make sure it would be here in time and i was told i had the promise thing and it would be here yesterday but yesterday come and left and still no jersey. I am So upset I paid ALOT for this jersey and now Chritmas is over. So I am going be on the phone as soon as the open in the morning. But why promise someone that they are going to receive a order if they can't stand behind it. ( I will remove this if they make it right)!!! Update I received the jersey on January 1st and then I received a email from them that they were refunding the hold total that I paid for it. So even though I didn't get it in time they did what they could to make it right.

Ordered a jacket for my sister in law because it was not available at any store near me. Paid for the jacket and was told it would be here December 20th... didn't get it on the 20th. Checked the tracking and it was never shipped. Called customer service and was told it was in stock. She asked if i wanted a refund or another jacket. I wanted the jacket. She said it would be shipped immediately and i would receive it by end of day today. So here we sit at 8pm....NO JACKET. This is beyond stupid....will not order another thing from them.

Ordered items for our little boy's Christmas gift on December 12th with guaranteed delivery by December 19th. Without notice D.ck changed to a cheaper shipping option that won't deliver until January. Guess my little boy's Christmas will be pretty bleak because of D.ck! Don't waste your time or money on this ripoff company. Amazon is a much better option with better customer service and real shipping and delivery.

They sent the item I ordered missing parts. This was my first time shopping here. I contacted customer service they made no attempt to make the situation right. Very deceptive unprofessional business practices. Buy here at your own risk they have a very poor customer rating for many reasons

Bought a jersey online. Their system said the order was "completed." UPS tracking had it at "shipping label received" for over a week. I called and was told that they had to refund my order and I could order it again with 1 day shipping, essentially paying for the order twice (as it takes 3-5 days to refund my money). More frustrating, the rep I spoke to had to put me on hold to ask her manager to answer every single question I had, until I finally said "Can I just speak to the manager?"

I got a pair shoes for 70% off. They then canceled my order saying that they screwed up. They should honor the sale regardless of inventory. Or, offer a similar sale. I messaged customer service, and they basically said tough luck Order #10141757696 Willing to remove for resolution
