This company has been going downhill for years, employee knowledge of products, customer service, keeping items stocked on shelves. But we have given them the benefit of the doubt because they are nearby and are convenient. One thing I’ve always loved about them, is if you forget your coupon, they will still honor it. Particularly if you are a rewards member. Which I am. Today I came in to buy some rollers because I have IT band problems. I forgot my coupon, again. Apparently, Dix no longer honors your coupons unless you have them. I asked if the Clerk’s boss would be able to help, and he called and said they can’t help me. I said that’s a shame, because I will go and buy them from target, which is even closer to my house. They said OK. I guess when you decide that you don’t want your customer enough to honor a coupon that is an every weekend news flyer, you really don’t want that customer at all. That’s OK Dix, I’ve moved on too. Good riddance

I spent about $80, plus shipping, on a pair of Sorrel slippers. They were used, a bit dirty and in a box marked display when they arrived. They were obviously not new as what I had ordered and paid for. Why would DicksSporting Goods think I have the time to work for you for free to return your used items when I paid a new price? I have shopped at DicksSporting Goods quite a little for sporting goods when I am near one of your stores, though I do not live by one. Why should I take my time driving an hour to return them, or spend 8 dollars on shipping to return used shoes? I really would like to know why DicksSporting Goods would think I would want to do that? I know it is only 80 dollars and not a big deal but seriously DicksSporting Goods is this used dirty shoes a joke or something? It is not the mfg, this is DicksSporting Goods issues.

Purchased asice sneakers this time and came in 2 days and all are brand new very nicely packed items. Return policy is phenomenal easy and even to store . The customer service was awesome. The price of one shoe was $5 less at Asics original website and they did a price adjustment in a minute.

They don’t assist you in the store unless they think you are stealing. I wear flip flops and put my hair in a ponytail. My mom does the same. I was at the Midlothian, Virginia location on Hull street in Chesterfield County on Tuesday 2/5/19 at 4pm. Treated us like we were poor. I had my two teenage sons with me. Only after we were in shoes for a while they sent a manager type employee to come help us. Finally. Just young people working there pulling a paycheck. Not very socially aware that individuals with money don’t always dress up. Very disappointing.

Love shopping at this store. Always have a variety of items to select from for females especially the sales rack. Men’s sales racks though don’t always have the best selection. But both my husband and I enjoy going there. People have always been friendly at the ones we’ve been too.

Was supposed to receive my sons Christmas items ordered 12/17/18 now it’s 1/4/2019 and still no merchandise. Excuses excuses. Requested a refund. Poor service!!!

Got my son all his equipment for baseball here. Great quality. Good customer service in store.
