D!cks Sporting goods says it all in the name itself there "d!cks" so went to go fill my co2 tank they tell me they hadnt have it for months so they call another store they have it hopi car and go 35 min drive later 15 min after to find someone was told that they cant fill it... so was all upset they call four more other stores and its the same story went to about 5- 6 stores wasted nearly a full tank of gas they couldnt do anything about it... if you buy a new tank yea you guessed it they cant fill that either... im just mad for the fact that they said yea we can fill it and even online they say we can fill co2 tanks on top of everything else ther are well over priced.. "Sports authority" was MUCH MUCH better then ("D!CKS" sporting goods) what kind of corporate store are they running... not a good one im just going to go Amazon 70% to 85% cheaper

Got double billed. But... I had purchased 2 kayaks online for store pickup. I could not get there before my 4 days grace period so they said they would drop the charge and bill me like a checkout customer when I got there. Trouble is they billed me both. I called them. They saw the charge but said they could do "nothing about it." Except bill me I guess. They are good at that! I have filed a grievance through the credit card company. The sales staff when I picked up my kayaks were very nice.

I went to the sporting goods that is located at 7280 NW Butler. I’m going to give 3 stars because I want to be nice. The cashier was ok. But I did talk to 2 employees that did not have the expertise of good customer service. Their service was very mediocre. Needs a lot of improvements I did get what I needed but the customer service was way below average. It was poor

I went into my local store in Marysville WA to purchase some basketballs and nets for a local apartment complex. The kids at this complex could be considered underprivileged. I located two relatively inexpensive indoor outdoor basketballs to go along with the synthetic nets I purchased; due to the basketballs hoops at the complex not having nets. I thought the gesture of providing a few basketballs would go a long way as well. The balls had two prices, $24.99 and $29.99. When I asked the cashier why the two prices, she said that one was mis-marked. She then said that the higher priced ball was the correct price. Now this might not seem like much, but I asked the cashier to match the price of $24.99 for each ball and her reply was no and that she should be charging me $29.99 for both balls. I explained what I was doing and she told me again that she would discount the mis-marked ball to the $24.99 but would not discount the $29.99 ball. Now I should have just left and went somewhere else but I wanted to take care of the kids. People wonder why customers shop on line!!! I truly believe in shopping local but if it means shopping at store, I will be shopping on-line before I go to them again! Great way to give back to the community they service! and PS how is mentioning this store inappropriate?

The customer service is terrible. I stopped by to buy a pair of gym shoes and I could not get anyone to help me. This is the store in Yorktown, Illinois. I have had the same experience with other locations. I would like to support brick and mortar stores, but the service is terrible. I went home and ordered shoes on Zappos!

Good service, a little pricey.
