Horrible customer Service! They just farm out their "set up" on equipment to an outside company that doesn't give one SH&T about customers!

Just went shopping for workout gear at the Hirat Tx northeast mall store. All set with things to try on when nature called and I needed a restroom. It was 6pm and the store closers at 7. I asked an associate where the restroom was and was told the bathroom had already been ‘bleached’. So that says to me the manager wanted to close out quick regardless of customer service. To further my theory I asked to speak to the manager and was told it would be awhile cr cause they were closing out a register. I waited as long as possible but had to use a bathroom so left before purchasing anything. Ridiculous. I’m off to academy!

Went to buy golf clubs date 19th October around 4.30pm. The sales person was attending another customer told me it will take 30 minutes. Waited and decided to buy the club with out testing. Went to another sales person asked if he could help. He came to asked the golf salesman went and checked for the clubs said they have only stiff clubs didn’t even looked at me. Wasted my time going there. Hat happy with the golf salesman.

We are glad this company is out of Branson MO now that we know the company is ANTI-2ND AMENDMENT. The CEO is a worthless liberal.

Horrible service

I ordered a product online that was promised to be delivered in 6 calendar days. It didn't even ship until after 7 days, and then 5 days after shipping I am still waiting, and they are saying at least another two. They even charge for shipping! To top it off, I contacted their support, and they tried to blame it on the courier, even though they didn't ship until after the promised date. This company is a joke and a rip off. I will be letting everyone I know hear about the poor service they offer, and make sure they stay away for future purchases.

i bought 3 pants.after they accept my order days after they cancelled part of it.the original order was 3 pieces.I received separeted and the second piece is dirty like used before.Bad experience
