DICK'S Sporting GoodsReviews of dickssportinggoods.com

Shopped at Sporting Goods in Lee's summit, Missouri. I drove over 40 miles since the local Sporting Goods did not have my size jacket. The manager at this store was extremely helpful and supportive. Will consider driving thst far next time just because of their manager.

Placed an online order12/28/19. When we received the shoes it was the correct box but wrong shoes inside the box and they had already been worn. Mistakes happen! I immediately contacted customer service to return and get correct shoes. The first person I talked to said I would receive correct shoes and a return label to send wrong shoes back. A week later I still had not received the return label, I contact customer service again to find out the first representative never fully processed the order. The 2nd representative I spoke with sent a conformation for the return but I have to wait for FedEx to send the actual label which I never received and stated that the new shoes would arrive January 17,2020. I called back today questioning the return label to find out since the shoes were over $50.00 they can’t resend them and they would refund the money. This would have been nice to know during the first 2 calls made so the shoes could have been reordered sooner! Still no return label and I will be ordering shoes from anywhere but you!

Very disappointed. Ordered 2 boxes personalized golf balls 10 days before Christmas, it is now 10 days after Christmas. Still being processed.

Overpriced.

Do NOT shop at the store located at: One Orland Park Place, Suite 1 Orland Park, IL 60462. As an African American, I was "profiled" by an African American cashier. She searched a box of underwear under the guise of making sure there were no security devices in the unopened box. She opened the unopened bo, unfurled my drawers, shook them out, felt up the crotch, then stuffed them back into the box. It was strange because I also was purchasing the matching thermal top and she didn't open that package too. This cashier profiled me as a shoplifter. I am 62 years old and make a six figure income. White customers were not having their merchandise searched at the checkout line! This was racist, pure and simple. Stay away from this store!

Ordered an under armour shirt online as a Christmas gift. When it was opened Christmas day the shirt was heavily saturated with body odor from being previously worn. Rather than the hassle of sending it back we tried to clean it. The body odor remained and now they will not give a refund or exchange because it was washed. VERY DISSATISFIED.

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. I offered a fly fishing vest and waders for Christmas for my grandson on December 9th. Last week I went searching for my order. I checked PayPal and Company had gotten their money. I thought it would be here by Christmas. They did not come . Today, I can see in my paypal account that I had been reimbursed in the evening of 12/23. No explanation, no email, no nothing. Seriously? They deserves a zero star rating in my book.

I ordered a custom glove for my 11 yo daughter in November. Their ad says order by 12-1 and it is guaranteed by Christmas. They send me an email saying it had shipped a week ago. I find out today they have no tracking number and have no idea where it is. They offered my money back which is no consolation 2 days before Santa shows. Customer no service has no clue and doesn't care. **Update** Got the glove right after Christmas. They put 75 dollars back on my credit card. They tried to make it right.
