Their phone service confirms my order provides an order number but when calling customer service they can’t find it. No one can find the order with the number given. On the phone for thirty minutes, ask to speak to a manager and get hung up on. They are a mess would never attempt to buy anything from them ever again, what a joke!

Item missing from online order. First customer rep I contacted Didn’t know English or how to resolve the issue. Suggested I return item to store. tried cust. again. got an agent who understood the issue and said they would ship the item.couldn't do expedited shipping for some unknown reason. still havent received the item. Won’t be ordering from them ever again

Horable business. Ordered a pair of shoes on the release date, order was confirmed, and money was taken from my account. A week later I called to see the status of my shoes...they said they were sold out and didnt have my pair which had already been a confirmed purchase. They had no explanation and did nothing to compensate for there wrong doing. Poor business practice.

This was my first time to ordered it will be my last. I ordered a shirt and received and order number, six days later I went to check to see if it had been shipped and I found out my order was cancelled. I contacted them and waited over 40 minutes on the phone, so I went to the online chat. Evidently this shirt was out of stock so I couldn't get it. It was available the night I ordered it. I even received a confirmation email. Service is terrible.

Don't use cyber Monday the 25% off only applies to certain (very little) apparel. I was expecting a total of 45.00 off of my purchase and got 5.00:/ don't be spoofed! Nothing applies OH don't apply for the text messages the 20.00 dollars that they want to give you do not apply today either!

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a pair of shoes online and received 2 left shoes. Called to ask if they can send me a right shoe and then I will take the left one back when I can get to my nearest store(which is over an hour away). Was told they can’t send the right shoe until I send back the shoe I got and they receive it, then they will send out the correct order. Informed them there was no return label in my shipment. She said to just take them back to the store. Informed her that is over an hour away. She tried to email me a return label and said “for some reason it won’t me let me send you one. Sorry. I guess you’ll just have to take them back to the store. Or you can call back in 48hrs and we can try to email a label again.” It’s not my damn fault that they sent 2 of the same shoe and they won’t do anything to make it right. I had to call my “local” store myself and they don’t even have this particular shoe in stock. They stand by their name that’s for sure! Will not be shopping here anymore.
