Ordered gift card online for Grandson's birthday, 5 days later still had not arrived. Website would not recognize order # they provided, tried to chat and again, issues with their process. Finally got live person on the phone and was "of course" transferred...they must have an inter-company contest regarding this. Waited on hold an additional 10 minutes and got a recorded message stating to go online and enter my information/issue? WT#??? that's where I started. Once again, I regret doing business with this sub-par company.

I was expecting SO much better....
I was expecting SO much better....
Ordered a pair of very common Nike basketball shoes shoes for my son, price was same as everyone but I had a $20 coupon, so they won. Shipping was projected really slow (5-7 days, then stretched delivery date to 10) well, 12 days later still no shoes. I go online....order was cancelled. No notice, no email, no nothing. Go on customer service chat, very friendly lots of apologies, but bottom line too bad, we dont have it in stock. I ask what about my coupon, can I order a different pair and still use my "one time use" $20 coupon...chat "disconnected". Oh well. Finish Line had same pair, $10more (without coupon) but had then in 3 days.

Prosper, TX firearms lead is rude and condescending
If zero stars were available for the Prosper, Texas firearms department manager, I would select that. I have never had a retail encounter where the department manager was as rude and condescending as this fellow. My 15 year old son and I were attempting to trade in his old shotgun on a new one. The language that the firearms manager used and the posture that he took was simply remarkably bad. Other patrons witnessed it and the Girl Scouts were next to the door witnessing it as well. I'm stunned that the store would allow someone to work there who acts like this, especially as a dept manager. Clearly, we did not purchase a new gun and certainly will not be back.

Lack of hunting and shooting supplies
Lack of hunting and shooting supplies. Carries almost no ammunition. Will never shop there again. It's sad, because they used to have great deals on shooting and hunting supplies.

Baseball equipment coupons were no good
We have been waiting for baseball coupons/catalog in order to make some substantial purchases for baseball equipment this spring.
We received a 20% off any single item and a $15 off any purchase over $75 and decided the time was right to order. We ordered a bat and a glove - both 'higher end'. Neither coupon would work.
We called the store and did speak with a very nice CS rep (he gets the stars) who informed us that neither item qualified due to the 'high end' status of the items. He said the coupons were basically capped on merchandise under $200. I'm very disappointed because there was certainly nothing to indicate that in the catalog. I especially did not understand why the $15 off any purchase was not applicable. We spent over $700 and got nothing.
This is very much a bait and switch situation. For that reason, I would encourage other shoppers to go elsewhere.

What happened to the customer service
What happened to the customer service? The employees straight up will ignore you. Sucks unfortunately but the store is fine otherwise.

Lousy customer service
Visited my local store (6305 S Main Street, Southlands Town Center, Aurora, CO) specifically to check out their Schwinn IC3 spin bike for fit, comfort and quality. Their only floor model was missing the seat height adjustment locking mechanism, so the seat could not be raised/adjusted. I pointed it out to one of their employees who looked at it for 30 seconds or so, but couldn't really do anything about it. I mentioned it was important that I be able to test it for fit and comfort before I could purchase it, and I got no response from him whatsoever. Another employee strolled by right about then, and the two of them just stood there focused on their devices (cellphones?) chatting about something or other. I assumed they were perhaps searching for some kind of solution for me, but I quickly realized they were just talking about some task they needed to do. Then, to my utter amazement, both of them abruptly just walked away without saying literally one word to me. No "I'm really sorry sir" or "I'll see if our store manager can find a solution for you", no nothing. Unbelievably poor customer service. So needless to say, you lost yourself a $500 sale (and any other future sales for that matter.) And of course this 1-star review. There are plenty of places I can purchase fitness products, and because of your pathetic customer service I can assure you it won't be from you.
