I have ordered a pair of Kobe Bryant shoes upon receiving them the box that they came in is in horrible shape. This is totally unacceptable. Theses shoes were 200$ & you can’t find them anywhere as they will become a collectors item. This is a horrible experience.

Spoke with Keon and Muneer - they were no help. I ordered two KC Chiefs superbowl shirts they were supposed to be here 2/7. Never showed up. Got on site and they said the reason was they are out of stock but since my order is still processing cant cancel. No contact about the status or overselling product. So I'm sitting at the mailbox and end up having to call them. Poor service wont buy from them again.

Terrible customer service during checkout. I can understand why customers are ordering everyhting online now. Will not be going back.

Horrible service, staff member did not know anything about the products I was looking at. He told me to use my phone and look it up cause that's all he is gonna do! Then he got rude like it was my fault he didnt know his products. Disk's sucks.. wont be back wont let me post the name of the store for bad language flag

To Whom it May Concern, On Saturday January 25, 2020, I went to the Clermont, Florida Dicts Supporting Goods Store. I purchases a bat for my son which was clearly marked $79.99. After returning home and reviewing the receipt I was charged $89.99 for a bat clearly marked $79.99. I called the store to explain the situation. I spoke to Hunter who said he is a temporary key holder and no managers were available because they are short staffed. He offered to give me a $10 off $50 coupon for my next purchase. I explained that I was overcharged for a product a discount would not suffice. I was hoping to be reimbursed for the overcharge, however that did not happen. Therefore, I am reaching out to the corporate office to demand a refund of the overcharge/bait and switch tactics that occurred. I have included pictures of the bat with the same barcode that is evident on the receipt. I traveled over 50 minutes to purchase this bat and I do not have the time to make almost a two hour drive to be reimbursed an overcharge which is clearly the fault of the store. I do not feel I deserve to be inconvenience any further. This kind of business practice is unacceptable. I am sending this email to give you the opportunity to rectify this situation. If I do not receive a response, I will file a complaint with the BBB and post this information on FB and Instagram for future shoppers to see. Please see the pictures below. Please contact me immediately to discuss this issue. I am very upset over this purchase and the tactics employed by Dicts Supporting Goods.

I stopped by SDDicks Sporting goods tonight and as soon as I walked in an Employee named Andrew pretty much read my mind and led me to the golf section. I was actually just out looking for something to do for an hour and ended up at DSG. I stopped by to see the latest drivers and to see what it would take to fix a driver I broke. He told me to go grab my driver head and come to find out it's a tool that holds the shaft on the head. Lol. I thought it had to be glued on. Stoked, that makes things easy and cheaper. Then he asked if I wanted to demo a few clubs. Just what I needed tonight. Got out some aggression and got a lot out of this visit. My family has been doing business with SDDicks for years. My wife buys most of my sons baseball equipment there. Thanks a million Andrew, you made my night. Oh yeah, and a shout out to the manager of that store. Great people and the place looks and is awesome. Cheers, Brian

Terrible customer service - not just at this store specifically but the a business in general. Was given a donation for a charity event supporting the Special Olympics in which the winner of the gift card donation was unable to use the gift card before it expired. (First off - a donation expiring?) We went to this location and then were on the phone with customer service for over an hour and waited almost a month before having to reach out again to hear an update on them reissuing the gift card to the charity event winner. Their reply: "sorry - there's nothing we can do. You either use it or lose it. That's just how it is." Hard to believe there was absolutely nothing that could be done to whatsoever and clearly there is no real concern or support for the charity or those who participated. Really disappointed with a corporation of this size and scale essentially taking back their initial support/donation. Will not be supporting them in return any time soon.

I just returned two items I got for Christmas from my wife, I returned to the same location and it was bought, with the receipt. Basically exactly what I am supposed to do. Office manager BRYAN has to check me out because they have nothing in my size to replace and it takes a total of 10 minutes to VERIFY that my items were not “fraudulent or not authentic or counterfeit” as he stated. I came in with my clothes never worn and tags and receipts and you think it’s not AUTHENTIC? And he told me this was the reason which is even more insane! I have worked retail so it’s not like I don’t understand how there can be people who do this and you’re trained to look for it, however, you never want to tell the actual customer who isn’t doing that, that’s what’s taking so long. As a customer who uses this store at least once a month, it was just the worst customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with. I felt like I was a criminal for doing nothing wrong but instead doing it the way correct way. Bryan the office manager was wrong. He needs some help. - Bryan at Company Name Sporting Goods in Broken Arrow. Thanks for nothing.
