Everyone I talked to was very nice BUT what I was told would happen, didn't actually happen. I bought an exercise machine online, to be picked up at the store. 4 hours later, I decided against the purchase. I chatted online with someone for 20 minutes who told me that he cancelled the purchase. 4 days later my card is being declined for different exercise machine because cancellation was never processed. Still getting emails to pick up my machine and big charge has not been reversed. Very frustrated.

Bike Assembly - DON'T BRING A NEW BIKE HERE TO BE ASSEMBLED! The told me two days, wasn't done. I called customer service the next day who called the store and told me would be done the next morning, it wasn't. Bikes are hard to find right now and they had NONE for sale so what was the bike department doing that they didn't have time to assemble one bike?

I mailed back a pair of Nike’s that I had ordered online that were recvd by them a MONTH ago~ no sign of a return or refund and one CS chat had a woman telling me they are far behind in processing returns & another chat a couple weeks later had the CS agent submitting my refund issue to Escalations. One star is for the 2nd CS agent who was very nice. Have not heard back from Escalations but u can be sure that I won’t buy from this company again.

I'm tired of finding items online that aren't available for shipment or in my closest store...or within 100 miles of my closest store. I also attempted to get the same items at 3 other stores in different cities far away from my hometown while on vacation....but with no success. This has happened about 6 times!!! If the item is only available at a few stores or unavailable for shipment, why list it?? Very frustrating!!!

Poor customer service, a lefty run Corp. I don’t see this company surviving at all. Most of merchandise is made in the trash country of China. No deals, just junk merchandise and junk service. Another outcome of a Henge Fund buying up business they can’t operate.. No deals here..

Placed 2 different orders online in the last couple of weeks and received them in the mail within 2 days!

I went to the "they won't let me name the store b/c they say it is inappropriate language" D1ck's website looking for a BB-Gun/Air rifle. NOT A FIREARM. Said Glendale store. Buy online and curbside pickup. Ok. Decided I'll just go. Drive 20 minutes. Park. Get into store look around, nothing of the kind to be seen. Ask a very unhelpful employee whom I had to ask 4 times for help. Where are your BB guns/Air Rifles. Response: What? We don't have those. My response: Your website says curbside pickup. If I had ordered it how long would I have waited. EMPLOYEE RESPONSE: I guess forever dude we don't have it. You people are awful. You want any business here are some useful tips: 1. Update your website. 2. Pay your employees to at least have an elementary level education. 3. Stop lying to your customers both online and in-person. Just FYI. 1 block away was Big 5. They got $400.00 worth of business. Have fun Sears of Sporting Goods 2020. Awful. Never again. Bass Pro, Big 5. Your name D1ck's is an appropriate moniker.

Ordered a bicycle for my wife's birthday. It was expected to arrive this morning just in time. Instead, I saw an email that my order was cancelled. When I called them, they said they were out of stock. Horrible customer service and online experience. Will never order from them again. They really need to get their act straight.
