Gave this store my own tennis string for a racquet string job. Idiot stringer broke my string and blamed the string was defective. The stringer did not know how to work with that high quality string, thus breaking it. Punk manager all but threw the string at me, no refund, no attempt to keep my business. Guess why I haven't frequented since, and have convinced many others not to frequent, and will continue to do so?

This is the worst online service I have had to deal with. The cooler I ordered was back order but the did not tell me at the time I ordered it. I call and spoke to a rep. whose side he was sorry and offered to send me a second cooler in a different cooler withe a 20%discount. That never happened but the charged my credit card..Still waiting to get an order

I have been going to the D***'s in Dothan Al for over 5 years. It's my Go-to place for all of my sons football equipment, clothing, shoes etc... The employees are always over the top helpful and nice, which makes a difference. I recently had to order his shoulder pads online due to size issue. Long story short i was sent wrong size, toothed out was some kind of catalog error with youth and varsity. So after getting mixed help on the phone with customer service i decided to call the store because i all had to re order them again. Needless to say store manager Lee and his team today we so helpful and made sure i left completely satisfied and with exact product i needed! I recommend D***'s sporting goods in Dothan door all your kids spring good needs. They always make sure you get what you need! Thanks Lee and team !!

My daughters brand new size 8 shoes arrived, there was a left and a right shoe, the color and the size was perfect. The one issue, they weren't new. Not sure I would pay full price for a pair of used shoes. Be careful with Dck's Sporting Good.

I’ve been a fan of Dcks for 20+ years and never had a problem until recently. That said it was a massive mistake that weeks later has still gone unresolved. I ordered a Bowflex Extreme 2 home gym, spent 4 hours putting it together then came to find out a cable is missing. Can’t use the Bowflex without the cable therefore I have a $1,500 Bowflex in my garage collecting dust. I called Dcks to request they send me the cable but they don’t have any in stock and will never have any in stock again. If you didn’t have all of the materials that make up the home gym then why did you sell me an incomplete $1,500 home gym. Bowflex doesn’t have the cable either and now I’m stuck. Dcks only solution to me was to take the Bowflex apart to ship back to them for a refund. I spent 4 hours putting the freaking thing together and now they want me to spend another 4 hours taking it apart and for me to pay the astronomical shipping cost to send back. I’m very upset, disgusted and highly disappointed that I receive horrendous customer service and even worse solutions. My wife and I spend over $1,000 a year at Dcks but they screwed me bad so I will not spend another penny on their merchandise. Be careful buying from Dcks they may screw you as bad as they screwed my wife and I. Good job losing a very good, longtime, loyal customer.

Very rude service at the bike section. I ask for a price of a bike and the answer was that is not for sale, I asked why, he answer because is not for sale. I asked again and he said because is a customer's bike, is for fixing, he wasnt polite and he neither offer his help in getting a bike for my son, what a terrible way to work as a salesman. I wont buy a bike here.

This company is a joke. I ordered a pair of shoe, They sent me a single shoe, Utterly disappointed , After waiting for a week , I got a single shoe in a box. Avoid at all cost.

Overall my impression of D*ck's Sports Goods is positive. I did have one instance where my online order was poorly handled. So that particular order was completely botched. The item was sneakers. One sneaker was a 9.5. The other sneaker was a 12 in the same box, pretty poor. But when I brought it to their attention they responded pretty well, so I continue to trust this business.
