Fedex is bad business and if Dick's chooses to use them as a shipping supplier, fine! But I won't spend another dollar at your store! The Fedex driver delivered a $160 pair of sneakers to the wrong house!! Delivery confirmation said, "delivered at side door!" I dont even own a side door! Dick's told me, "You should of purchased insurance!" What??? What company sends out an $160 item and does not require a signature or have insurance?! Then the representative said, "buy another pair of sneakers and we'll refund you". Really? Spend another $160 at your store and MAYBE Fedex delivers it to the right house?? So now we talking about $320 of my hard earned cash and fingers crossed it comes?! I did everything right! Shipping address was correct! I was home that day!! Asked neighbors! No body knows where the shoes are but I have to pay AGAIN? In reality the one who pays is my kid!!! The sneakers were a present to my 16 year old son!! All the kid wanted was some nice sneakers to play in his basketball tournaments! He earned it! Such a good kid with good grades! But I got Fedex over here blaming it on Dick's, then Dick's goes and blames it on me and Fedex?! No! Never again! Both companies giving me the run around! Like I'm lying! I'm not even that kind of person! I believe in Karma! So if Dick's wants to run their business into the ground right along with FedEx, go ahead! Because y'all are digging your own graves! Fool me once, shame on you! There will be no fool me twice! Smh!! I was born at night but I wasn't born last night! I own my own online small business and I would NEVER, EVER treat not one customer like this!! 😡

Edit: They finally refunded me the full purchase amount. Glad they did the right thing. Bought a home gym online, they originally matched amazons price($50 off). Waited almost 2 weeks with no call or info about home delivery. Went back on amazon and seen the same item was on sale for $200.00 cheaper. Called customer support, was told they do not match amazon?? funny thing its clear as day in there own print, and they already matched it once. I informed the rep to check and she responded they do indeed match amazon, but not third party. I informed her the item was sold by amazon not a third party, she agreed and then told me the item was different?? i asked what was different, she told me the gyms had different weight ratings. She was referring to the optional weights, but the item was the exact same product. I informed her i wanted to cancel the item since i could save a fair amount of money for the same product. She told me i couldnt cancel since it was already shipped. I notified her i would refuse shipment and she told me the order would then be cancelled. I asked her name, which she provided, she stated she would send me an email with our interaction. Never received an email! Ordered the same product from amazon. Also the same shipping option was $130.00 cheaper. so saving almost $400 by going with another seller. I wanted to buy from dicsports, but $400 and the hassle ruined it. Dont think i will be using Dics sports again. Cant even use the stores name for inappropriate language.
