DICK'S Sporting GoodsReviews of dickssportinggoods.com

In the last six months, I purchased from Dick's Sporting Good San Tan Village Gilbert Arizona 2 Sole E-25 Elipicals, and 1 Sole F-63 Treadmill. I went in Saturday and purchased another Sole F63 which I had picked up and assembled. I had out-of-box damage to some plastic exterior pieces. I called RODRIGO the Store Manager told him the issue, and I am still waiting for RODRIGO to call me back. CAN ONE OF YOU READING THIS REVIEW PLEASE ASK RODRIGO DICK'S SAN TAN VILLAGE TO CALL ME BACK, THANK YOU I know one of you will be more diligent than Rodrigo. Thank you, Barry

They outsource to Guyana. Underpaying employees. $519.35 GYD PER HOUR which is less than $6.00 USD PER HOUR! The staff at the Guyana location for $#*!s Sporting Goods chat site is working under massive toxic environment. From the HR generalist down to the two account managers for DSG Guyana. No one seems to be doing anything. They are terminating staff members, threatening agents to have them dismissed if they say anything. And even banned agents from joint a zoom call with the representative from $#*! Sporting Goods directly. It is utter shame that DSG has not yet looked in or investigate what is happening at the Teleperformance in GUYANA for Their chat center. Agents are leaving. Agents are scared to speak up. Agents are working and just holding on cause their lives depend upon it. The account manager even asked the agents not to tell DSG representatives how much they are being paid. DSG needs to look into the center than runs their chat program. That entire account is going through hell right now. Don't believe me, try contacting the agents directly on their personal phones or setting up a zoom call privately with the agents. They'll tell you as long as you can assure them that the information will be for your own use and disposal only.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a treadmill from the Roseville, CA store. Joey was extremely helpful in giving us all the stats on the treadmill as well as prices. He was very patient and really went out of his way to accommodate our needs. This was our best experiences ever. Give this guy a promotion!

I bought an e-bike online from a humongous store based in Bentonville, AR. An old brand name in the US. But it had a leaky tire that would go flat in a day. I looked up authorized repair centers and found that Dick's Sporting Goods 2 miles from my house could take care of it. I got a replacement tube from the manufacturer (free from them under warranty) and took the bike to Dick's with the knowledge I would have to pay for the labor. No problem. I took the bike there and they said it should be done by the end of the day. They called me near the end of the day and I went to pick it up the next morning. I put it in my truck and went home. When I got home the bike did not work. And the deraileur was hosed up. It turns out they cut several zip ties and took apart electrical connections without putting the bike back together properly. Snipped zip ties were hanging from the frame and the main connector to power the motor was deformed almost to the point of being unusable. I am a DIYer, so I was able to figure out what they did and fix what they ruined, but many folks would not be. They would take the bike back to Dick's and probably pay a bunch of money to have Dick's fix what they broke. This whole experience feels like a scam. If not a scam, then complete ineptitude. Beware!

Immorally bankrupt organization like Dick’s Sporting Goods will soon be out of business I have bought many things from Dick’s Sporting Goods and I was just about to buy a set of irons when I heard that they will pay for employee abortions I went to another local vendor and purchased my clubs there and I will never purchase anything from them again. Murder matters!
