Took 40 minutes for my son to get the shoes we wanted because of the store manager. Horrible customer service and communication on his behalf. He wanted to be the one to tell the other staff 1st what was needed, but never communicated they didn’t have so we tried 3 more times with same issue. He knew we were both mad… 8 staff in shoes dept and manager was the cause of the confusion sure there were plenty of ticked off customers as they stood around not doing anything because of this 1 guy…

Do not ever purchase the "no sweat protection plan" as it is not honored. This is purchased through Dick's and run by a third party, Asurion. We submitted a claim with pictures of the faulty product and cannot get through to anyone on claim status. We are transferred from Dick's to the "claims department". We can leave a message and are told someone will get back to us 8 am - 5 pm EST. 4 weeks of calls and message, no response. This program is bogus, save your money, time and blood pressure and do not purchase this plan.

I ordered a weight lifting bar. It tracked to my town in Ga. then went north to NY. I called and was told no problem wait and see. Meanwhile the order is marked fulfilled on account. 2 days later i message them. Its like they have a canned excuse before they even see what you are saying. They say "oh yes I see. Let me elevate. Meanwhile she says she will send me another bar. She needs information. She is filling out the same forms I could. She wants my credit cards number... I ask if they credited me for the other... oh yes. It looks like yes...I will elevate... I gave up for now. I'll get my money back but what a train wreck. I don't think it was their fault it turned back. I suspect a lazy Fed Ex driver. But Dick's situational awareness is poor.

Was gifted golf balls and tried to exchange for another color. After calling was told not in stock, but may be in next truck. After 2 months of several calls went out of my way (20 mi. to store). Waited in line with one person in front of me (15 min.), while wife waited in car. I was ignored and another register opened and took a customer that just walked up. When I finally got to register the associate pushed me to register for account saying it would make the exchange go smoother & only take a minute or so. After another 10 minutes I was finally told they couldn't do an even exchange of color, since they were purchased on sale. I kept my old color after wasting a 1/2 hour, very annoyed with my wife waiting in the car. It was actually worse than this, but I don't have time to give all the details.

Ordered shoes 10/18, Estimate Delivery 10/20 (2 days) which was a lie because the label wasn’t created until 10/20 now I get another e-mail delivery 11/29 (11 days later) my trip will be over I’m so pissed and disappointed and I WILL NEVER ODER with them again

I spent 20 minutes making an order at 9:00 am when shoe release dropped. Website prompted me all the way through to checkout and charged my card. Moments later I received in email stating my order was cancelled. I called to check why and all I receive is a sorry for wasting your time. Never shopping dsg again.
