I ordered (2) Golf Clubs from Dick's Sporting Goods. They were "custom" clubs. They arrived with different grips than they were ordered with. Dick's refuses to take them back. I offered to keep them, if Dick's would just send me the correct grips ($10/each). They refused. Just to get no where, I spend 1 hour on their "online chat support" and another 25 minutes on the phone with a person who said to me: "I will absolutely help you solve your problem". Apparently he spoke too soon. Never again with Dick's!

Should have checked Trust Pilot first... I've ordered a standing punching bag on-line from DICK's. Only bag has arrived via FedEx without the stand! Totally unusable. Product description reads "Base included". Dismissive chat support wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible: "You have to ship the bag back to us." No, send me the stand! Why should I incur an extra cost? I went to a local DICK's store and spent an hour there. "Athlete Engagement Teammate" was very helpful and went extra mile resolving this issue. "You will receive an e-mail about shipping the stand". Well, the on-line support has failed again - no e-mail!!

Guy working the register tonight 9/25 flirting and making gestures towards my wife with in front of me and the kids. As we walked in. Did not buy anything and will not be back. Cary, NC location Crossroads The dummy thought I did not notice...

Prices are astronomical. Furthermore the company/stores claim trade in deals, but won’t accept trade ins on products they sell. (Primarily Top Flight gold clubs for kids in my recent experience).

I'll start with a brief negative which knocked it from a 5☆, this is in papillion NE, the customer service person clearly did not want to be there, nor did she have any customer service skills at all. Now for the good stuff, Anna, the cashier, was exceptional, extremely patient, polite, engaging, knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help us. What should have been a simple exchange was hindered by multiple factors but this young lady went out of her way to ensure we received what we needed.

I ordered a pair of sandals on 3 July 2023. Over 2 months on these have not turned up, lost in transit!! Many many emails later and saying they will send another pair, looking for a logistics company and me asking for a refund many times I have still not received a refund. I am fed of of being told to be patient, have a nice day it’s as ridiculous as there customer service.

D*cks is terrible. I ordered a product that was supposed to arrive by today but it says that the order is still processing, three days after I bought it. This has happened to me twice before with D*cks where they emailed me a week later that the item I bought because they said it was in stock was in fact out of stock. If the item is out of stock can't they mark it as such, instead of making me purchase from them and have me wait a few days for it to be shipped, only then to be told it's not in stock? I would think a publicly traded company like D*cks would have enough money to actually track their inventory and list products accordingly. Instead, they try to scam their customers by selling us things that aren't in stock, hoping that by the time we realize the item isn't coming and after they assure us that it will come back in stock soon we decide not to cancel the order. Giving them the ability to sell out-of-stock items to unsuspecting customers with the hope that we will just let the order go until the item comes in stock which could take weeks or more. What a disgraceful and deceptive practice. I wish there was someone who could do something about this.
