Terrible customer service

Online shopping is an absolute mess... im surprised there isnt a class action lawsuit from all of the cancelled orders and them holding money until you backcharge...

House of Sport Chesapeake, VA No ammo, guns, bows, hockey equipment, etc. High pricing on clothing. Go woke-go broke.

Made a purchase with a $20 off coupon if I allowed texts from Dick's. The coupon was rejected, but the order went thru. Customer service said the coupon fine print said it was not asllowed on the item and there was nothing I could do about it -- and that they couldn't help me get unsubscribed from receiving texts. V poor customer service policy.

I hardly ever do reviews but I had to give the Bike Department at D’s sporting goods store (apparently can’t type in the name or it flags as inappropriate language 😂) in Silverdale (Chris) a thumbs up review on his amazing work ethic and attention to detail. I used to take our bikes to the silverdale cycle shop but they closed during the pandemic….I feel that we got the same first class treatment from DICK’s sporting goods that we would’ve gotten at our old bike shop. I was sooo pleasantly surprised with Chris’s attention to detail with our family’s bikes and the care he took repairing our bikes and walking us thru what to expect with their process and wanting to make sure we were pleased with his work. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

There should be a ZERO star rating! Purchased online 2 July 23, tracking says delivered 12 July 23? But not to me! Emailed half a dozen times, and NO reply. Whatever you do, DO NOT buy from Dickie Sporting Goods, don't know how they get away with taking money, and not delivering products? They should be SHUT DOWN!!!!

Placed an order on 30th June, have not received the goods, yet on the Tracker it says "delivered". This is obviously a scam. I have sent 4 emails and not had a reply.

Noone has come back to me, I bought 3 pairs of shoes in June and not received them. I've had 8 emails from a delivery portal saying they have been delivered and to follow a link, that takes me to a chinese screen with no translation. I really wanted to love this company but should have looked at trustpilot first.
