Never again will i order from Dick's....Every time I order something the delivery date changes.. I had surgery, got my boot off, and my doctor recommended shoe which I ordered from Dick's.. Only ordered them because they gave me a next day delivery....but the delivery turned out to be a four day delivery.. called the fedex, they said call dickes, Dick's said toooo bad... they lie, and are not consistent.... theyu lie...

I attempted to purchase a new pair of shoes at store #68 in Naples, FL. The employees on the floor in the shoe department were AWESOME! However, after waiting for over 15 minutes to try on the shoes, I approached the manager explaining how long I had been waiting and supposedly he only assigned one “runner” to retrieve the shoes from the back for a very busy shoe department. He wanted to explain the reason why but I admittedly walked away out of frustration, he then chuckled. There were so many patrons waiting to try on shoes and I observed 3 employees asking the manager for additional “runners” and he refused. After I complained, another customer addressed the manager with the same complaint. As I was putting my old shoes back on, he then decides to assign more runners. I went to another Dick’s store located in Estero to purchase the shoes and I received quick and efficient service. I would recommend the manager listen to his employees when they are making suggestions to help improve customer satisfaction. I will never visit store #68 again. I want to stress my comments only pertain to the store manager. The department employees were helpful and extremely apologetic.

This is a SCAMMMM never did receive my order or they won't refund me. Been giving me the run around for 7 months. The email used was sily@peachcher .com

I placed an order for $250.00 and signed up for text and emails so I could receive $20.00 off. The website was acting up and I was having a very difficult time just trying to make the purchase and when I finally was able to, I completely forgot to apply the $20.00. I contacted customer support about an hour after I made the purchase and I was told that because it was preparing to ship, I had to call back once it delivered. After I saw no movement on my purchase after a week, I called them again and the CSR I spoke to said she had re-ship my order because it appeared it got hung up. I mentioned the coupon again and she told me the same thing the first CSR told me. Now the items have delivered. Called back to get the $20.00 applied and was told they could not do it! This CSR told me it had to be applied at check out and there was no going back. I was pissed! Terrible shopping experience from the start, and terrible Customer Service. With the prices they charge on everything, you think they would be more appreciative of their customers!!!

I consistently enjoy exceptional experiences when making purchases,. Every item I've bought from them has consistently brought me satisfaction.

This is my second Dick’s order to never arrive. The order doesn’t show up in my account and when I try to track the order, I receive an error. When I talked to a rep she told me they switched the shipping to same day delivery and it was on the way. It was not.I did not want same day delivery due to the huge problems I had on my last order. I am sure I will be spending more time on the phone trying to get my money back. Last time, since it was a same day delivery order, they made me call DoorDash (a 30 minute call) and then call them back. I still never received the refund on that order nor did they credit any of the points back as promised. Avoid ordering anything from this company’s website.
