My order is setting some where on a loading dock or FedEx no help scam can't use store name because it is inappropriate language how stupid is the world becoming

Bought a cross bow around 2 weeks ago and limbs are splitting took it back to the store and got the runaround poor customer service

Music to loud couldn’t hear my caller telling me what to buy The assistance sucked he chased someone round store who was jus looking & didn’t buy nothing.Serv sucks Was not even helpful why I tried shoe on coulda least untied one of the shoes I had purchased To wear out the store.I told cashier how cust Serv was awful.won’t be shopping there again.Aside fro me& 1other customer.3 Associates doing nothing empty store

2 star only because delivery was fast. Outside of that, not impressed. Customer service via telephone 1 star. Product arrived with security device attached. I contacted service to request a diy method to remove device. No solution offered other than visit store. The whole point of buying online is to avoid going in store. I drive 30 minutes one way to closest store. Store reps didn’t even acknowledge the huge inconvenience and hassle. Dick’ssporting goods is more expensive than competitors, they should at least provide decent service. A simple “so sir we appreciate your business” would have gone a long ways.

I ordered shoes, PAID SHIPPING and YOU ALL (DICK'S) sent to 2 left shoes. I started processing a return, went to the store to do a return and was reimbursed less the cost of shipping. Then I had to to guess wrestle and then was comp shipping on YOUR store card. That's not how I paid for it. I could understand if it was my fault or I wanted to return for another reason, but because of an careless mistake on YOUR DICK'S part, I'm penalized. Never again! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ordered Women's Air Jordan's online - was very nervous and worried because of horrible reviews for Dick'sSporting Goods here, and I've never ordered from them before. The price was great ($91 w/free shipping). Shoes had FedEx tracking number in my email and came one day early (we live in a slightly remote county of California). I carefully checked them out - they look completely new, they are the right size (both shoes), right style. Phew! I am completely happy with this order and now I will order from Dick'sSporting Goods again. I don't normally write reviews, but it seems like this might be helpful for others who might be wary like I was (didn't want to disappoint my daughter at the start of basketball season).

I sent multiple items back but got not refunded for all of them. One shirt was not refunded at all. I contacted the costumer service and first, they said they would check but after that no answer anymore. I just want the shirt that I sent back get refunded.

Asurion warranty is a SCAM no matter what the kid at the register is trained to tell you. Don’t trust Dick’s Sporting Goods.
