Dick’s your return policy suck butt, do not recommend when you have cash and you go in the store to order a pair of shoes online! The employee there suggested we had to put our cash on a card to order online! The item turn out to not fit, so I tried to get my money back, and could not get my cash back! I was told it had to go back on a gift card!!! I was livid that I couldn’t get my money back! So u need to change your stupid policy!!! First of all if I give you my cash I need to be able to get my money back period! Not no gift card form I gave my cash to get my return back in a gift card form is bs…… Beside that y'all got some great employees that help make it better for us! But fr u need to fix ur return policy! Period so there would not be complications for others!

I went to buy my husband some shoes yesterday. When I got to the department there were ladies trying to check-in at a kiosk, the kiosk tells you to scan the shoe that you want and put in the color of your shirt and someone will get with you later. I walked around and looked for someone that was working there. I could not find any workers. Apparently they were in the back, looking for shoes for people. The problem is 3 ladies. Had a black shirt on so no one know who was next in line to get help. One lady finally got so frustrated on waiting that she left, another lady left with her son after she could not get help. It's getting really bad when you have to do your own service/help basically and you have to wait for help. I don't think this is a good system. They need to try something else or have more employees. I think there were two young men working there. And there was about 15 people looking at shoes. I think the store lost a lot of business that day

I ordered two pairs of shoes, and both arrived dirty, as if they had been used before, even though they came in a sealed box, which is really strange. On top of that, one of the pairs was the wrong color. I will never purchase from this company again

Ok, they tried to help with sizing a baseball glove for my son. Unfortunately, they had someone but not really trained for fast pitch baseball. I'll have to wait to get someone who knows better, or their coach.

I went there today, August 21, 2024. The lady who helped me was named Savannah. She stayed with me until I was completely satisfied. I give her customer service 100%

We are not a scorecard member, did not receive a receipt. Spent $116 dollars on Aug 5, 2024. Bought a floating tube, croakies, 2 shirts and a pair of shorts. The tube was too big, so I wanted to return it! Went into the original store of purchase and they said that there was no record of transaction. They had asked for my phone number and it wasn't in the system. The credit card was also not in the system. I looked it up online and could confirm date of purchase.

This shipment stated order would be 3 to 5 bussines days we expected to get it before school started disappointing. I won't be ordering from your website again
