Bought a mongoose mountain bike here. No warranty at all. Had I known. I wouldn't have bought 1. Thing was a pos from day one. They couldn't fix it. I Contacted mongoose directly
They wouldn't help. So I bought the parts and fixed it my self then sold it. Bottom line. Their product was subpar and so is their service.

This place is pathetic
This place is pathetic! This is the third time that I have purchased a pair of sneakers online and this company has sent me a pair of sneakers in a jagged edges scissor cut shoe box with no lid at all, and everytime that I have ordered something online from this company's website the shoes are always dirty appears to be used or either defective, these people continue to stoop that damn low to ship their customers something that's not of excellent quality and new, this place need to be shut down immediately and stop selling shoes online, in order for them to think that a customer is going to and should settle for less than what they paid for, I bought this place expensive shoes three time and this is what they've sent me each time shame on this low classed, low down and dirty company that doesn't appreciate or respect their customers. This place is just in it for the money and the hell with customers.

Dick's will not warranty shoes
I purchased a pair of Footjoy golf shoes and wore them one day. The shoes gave me blisters on the front and back of my legs, Dick's response was I had to contact Footjoy directly as they couldn't take shoes back they couldn't re-sell. I will never do business with Dick's again.

Fraud
Fraud! I’ve been a returning customer and have spent thousands over the years! I recently purchased a pair of shoes online for my son and the next day, my card was compromised where another pair of shoes was ordered in my name for a ridiculous amount. When my bank notified me of the suspicious charge, I called Dick’s Sporting Goods Fraud Department, filed with the police and my bank. Long story short Dick’sSporting Goods sent paperwork to my bank saying they have reason to believe I made this purchase and it was my responsibility. The bank later on disagreed and made it right but Dick’sSporting Goods…. Will not get another penny from me.

DO NOT take your Bike to Dick's for tune-up
Bike techs do not know what they are doing!! I purchased a Nishiki bike a few years ago. I took it to Dick's for a tune-up in early December '23. They told me I would not get it back prior to Christmas. I was fine with that and I figured I'd get it mid to late January of '24. I got it back in early April of '24. They said they were waiting on tires from manufacturer which is why it took so long. When I finally got the bike back after new wheels, chain, and a tune-up, the bike ride was not smooth. All rotations would 'catch' and it was very noticeable. I took it back to Dick's and they told me that they could not look at until the end of the summer. Totally unacceptable!! I ended up taking it to another bike shop, got a tune-up w/n 1 week and it now rides smooth. I learned my lesson. Maybe you can purchase a bike there but do not use the service.

DICK'S SPORTING GOODS DON'T GIVE A DARN FOR ITS CUSTOMERS
After reading all these negative reviews I feel vindicated! The customer service at the
Dick's Sporting Goods store in Reno/Meadowood Mall store is so terrible from the hourly floor clerk in a green Dick's hoodie, to the other floor clerk who I mistaken as some sort of mgr. to the actual store mgr.! Politely asking a floor clerk a question about a shoe and location of thus shoe while he was on his phone, turned into a major ordeal! Instead of walking me to it and asking me if he could get my size, he just pointed, "down there." Well I must have went down the wrong side of, "Down there," and when I turned the corner, not one but about 20 different pairs of Hoka brands faced me. I did not utter a word but just threw up my arms in disbelief...didn't realize how many different options there were. Well, the floor clerk was watching me unbeknownst to me and his comment was "Why are you throwing your arms up like that? I told you were they were," while standing at the END of the isle! I was in shock and only could ask, "Do you have this in a size 7.5? Well his co-worker walked by me and saw the look on my face and asked if all was alright. Well, you asked so I said, "no. I can't believe he talked to me like that." His response, "Oh, he was just kidding with you." Mine, "well he does not know me like that and I don't know him like that..." about that time the floor clerk came back and blasted me with, "I was just kidding and I am not changing my ways for you." I am tired of being spoken to like that so I did not back down. My voice rose and the his co worker described me as "aggressive." I said, "I just politely asked you a question while you were on your phone... " Then he really explored with, "I was checking on my 2 week old baby girl. Is that alright w/you?" I replied, "When I was trained at a Marshall's store in the 80's, I was told to keep my personal life at the door!" He really went off on me then and told me "that he didn't care if I brought anything and to get my ass out of the store!" His other co-worker stood up for him and I asked to speak to the GM. Well, the second co-worker went to get him but I heard him say under his breath, "it won't matter." Basically, the jist was we are a team and we are gonna stand together against people like you. The GM had the same terrible attitude. The only reason I was there was to buy Hoka's, $175 work shoes that my supervisor recommended before my shift. I actually had on my uniform with my name tag but they "realize I was going to work." Anyway, the first black pair was $165 and was not enough support so I asked the GM for the $175 pair to try on. He said to me, "Why do you keep telling me the price?" I responded, "BC you have two black pairs of Hoka's. One is $165 which I just tried on and I want to try the $175 pair. I thought I was helping you distinguish between the 2!" He had a chip on his shoulder like I was trying to throw my money around, I guess. It was weird. After I said that, the GM calmed down and told me the floor clerk knows not to be on him phone at work and he would talk to him about it. Not that he spoke to an Asian woman customer in her 60's in a derogatory manner! Upon checkout he offered a 10% discount but I told him that is not what this was all about! I thought, I did not want your insulting discount! I immediately called corporate headquarters while I sat in the parking lot of Dick's. I was put on hold for 45 minutes trying to speak to a mgr. but Jasmin told me that they "had alot of complaints" so it was taking her longer but she would call me back and follow up. I did receive an email documenting my call Interaction: 6Q36RJ. It has been over a week and no call or fu email! I really don't blame the poorly paid staff. It is Dick's corporate who does not train properly in how to deal with generational and cultural differences or give "incentive bonuses" employees who get mentioned in positive reviews. For example, I was at a grocery store the other day and asked where I could find a product. Clearly the employee was busy and all I needed was the aisle #. She stopped her restocking and said, "I'll show you." I replied, "No need just tell me the aisle #." She said in a kindly manner, "Oh no. I will walk you there. This is the SPROUTS way!" Very impressive and appreciated! SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE WHERE THEY REALLY RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS OPINIONS by the looks of all these negative reviews. DSGS DON'T CARE AND WILL BE THE NEXT CHAIN IN BANKRUPTCY! MAYBE THAT IS WHY THEY DON'T!

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM DICK'S ONLINE!!!
I ordered a pair of sneakers priced at $46.97. Although they were the size I normally wear, they were too small when they arrived. I contacted Dick;s about an exchange. I was told you can do an exchange if you initiate a refund and bring shoes and paperwork to Dick's store, and order another pair online in the correct size. I did as instructed. When it all cam out in the wash, that $46.97 pair of sneakers cost me over $74.00. I was charged $8.99 shipping for each pair of sneakers, of which I received no refund. I do not believe Dick's actually pays $8.99 in shipping for a pair of sneakers (with their volume). Additionally, I was shorted an additional $2++ . When I asked about that, I was told that was the shipping fee Dick's charges. WTH!?!?!?!? That was one expensive pair of inexpensive sneakers and a lesson well learned. I will never order anything online from Dick's Sporting Goods!!!
