Went to dicks to do some shopping when I saw that the store misled me. I was having such a good day and saw this amazing store called dicks so I pulled up and see that all they sell is basketballs, jerseys, and other shit.. I came for the dicks like what is this country we live in.

I have purchased four bikes from your sporting goods in schererville Indiana. I continuously have problems with either spokes or with the rims. I currently have two bikes sitting up at your sporting goods. One has been sitting there since January of 2024, and the other one has been sitting there since March of this year. I have been told that they can't do anything for the bikes. In the past they have always fixed my spokes. This time it's different where the bikes are now just sitting there collecting dust. I have another bike that I purchased from sport shop and a spokes have gone bad. I'm very leery about bringing the bike up there to get the spokes fixed. Is this going to be another bike that just sits with nothing being done. I hope sporting goods corporation at least looks at my message and returns my email.

DDick’s Sporting Goods in Cedar Park Texas-10/26/2024 Today was the first time and possibly the last time I shopped at DDick’s Sporting Goods, first I will like to make it clear that even though I lost what could had been a good deal, what really hurt and offended me was the way I was treated. I was looking for some new sneakers that may be on sale, and happened to notice a few shoes that had the sale tag on them and try 3 different pair one of them where a Jordan type(not really my cop of tea-but this caught my attention) after trying out and finally decided what to take , i then when to pay at the cash register- the young girl at the register did her job correctly - i happened to have a digital gift card given by my employer (with this cards -u first pick the store then redeemed them- because of the sale I chose DDICKS), the girl applied the card and then I notice the amount was not what was promoted, I told the lady so she call her manager (TREY)to make the correction, when he came by his expresión and the way he looked at me was quite frankly racist -he when from a smile to a discus,,he had find out that there was a mistake they made and with no explanation just told me all that all he could do is give me a 10% mark down, and that’s all he did, repeatedly without letting me talk, I could not believe it, I was getting upset but just decided to ask for my gift card back, the entire time it felt like they thought I put the sale sign on it-I even told him look at your cameras and checked who put the sign - I left the store and call the store main corporate line but they basically offered me the same no apologies or nothing. I’ve seen situations like this in other stores, with other people most time the stores honored the price , but also treat the customers with much respect, apology and decency. That day I lost twice because of DDICK’S SPORTING GOODS, I lost a gift card of $40 that I could had used in another place but since is already been selected for used at DDICK’S SPORTING GOODS, i won’t be able to used it. DDICK’S SPORTING GOODS -THANKS FOR YOUR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, ALSO ,NOW I KNOW WE NOT WELCOME.

I ordered a pair of sneakers (10/20) for an event I was attending on 10/26. I received confirmation they were shipped on 10/21. On 10/23 I received an email stating they were delayed. On 10/25 I received an email saying they were on the move….and I would receive them in 1-2 business days. That was the last update….and today is 10/29. Clearly I missed wearing them to the event….and now I’m curious if they are even coming.

I will never buy from them again. I purchased a lion's coat it's an XL in women's but it's too short for my arms. I went to return the coat and I was told that because I purchased it with my unemployment card that they could only offer me a gift card. I don't shop at Dick's enough to spend $120 on anything in there. I came there for a lawn chair and stumbled across the coat and bought it. They're basically forcing people to spend their money with them. It's a rip off make sure if you buy anything with a debit card it's bank issued. I called customer service and they told me they could make a one time exception to mail me a check in 5-8 after I return the item. I wasn't asking for cash I'm not understanding why my money couldn't be placed on my card. And furthermore their registers should alert the cashier to let the customer know that you're buying this with a card that does not allow you to receive cash back or refund to your card. We can only offer a gift card. They're treating customers like they treat the people who don't have a receipt. This economy is bad right now. Majority of people may not have a real debit issued from a bank. That gives Dick's the right to take their money and give them a gift card? This is bs!!!

This has to be the worst of the worst. Totally incompetent. I'm building and working in a sub zero warehouse in Baytown, Texas and need Under Armour 4.0 base long underwear. My billing address is in Crandon, Wisconsin, so now my order is going to Crandon under the name "Extended Stay America Kub?%#&" and the bill is going to Craig Extended Stay in Baytown, Texas

I purchased a Nike Elite backpack twice, and both times it came without the zippers! It seems there's a trend of theft involving these zippers. I paid the full price, and the store cannot guarantee that I will receive what I paid for? DO NOT BUY NIKE ELITE BACKPACK HERE!

In Ft Myers, FL No returns accepted without a receipt!??? No store credit. ???!!! Then they won’t give you a gift card for any store credit. Items are brand new still with tags on it. I can see why the store is empty of any shoppers. . Overpriced and rude to customers. Never shopping there again.
