Es una estafa, no compréis, por suerte solo me estafaron 30 euros pero no me llegó nada, ni falso ni verdadero, no compréis!!

I wouldn’t buy a pair of shoes from DicksSportingGoods. They don’t stand behind their products. I purchased a pair of Hoka’s for just under 200$ and they fell apart in just past 30 days. DicksSportingGoods made me contact Hoka who wants me to pay to have them shipped to them for a warranty review. I’d recommend not buying shoes at Dicks and stay away from the Hoka brand. Poorly made junk and a waste of money!

I received tremendous help from teammate: Tateyanna, and teammate: Miguel at the Washington Square, Oregon location. They were very, very helpful to me with my returns and exchanges. I sincerely appreciated them.

Quise cambiar un bate por el cual pagué 250 dólares mi hijo lo probó y era malísimo !!!’ muy mala calidad !!!’ cuando lo quise devolver dice q no c podía porque le quitaron los plástico como c prueba un bate con todo eso puesto y donde c explica lo antes dicho , malísima la atención !!!! malísimo el seguro de la tienda!!!! y malísimos resolviendo el problema !!!! de los clientes me dieron 40 dólares en una tarjeta para comprar , lo q c compra con 40 dólares es mas malo todavía compré una guantillas de 35 dólares le duraron a mi hijo un mes cuando fui a devolverlas por el seguro q pagué me dijeron q no clasificaba una estafa lo q es el seguro de la tienda !!! malísimos q son en la atención en general muy triste con todo mala experiencia para mi y peor para mi hijo q en realidad es el más afectado .

I actually thought this was a reputable company but what a mistake. I purchased a pair of wide Hoka's for my long days teaching, they are very comfortable. All went smoothly until I later found our that this company used Fedex as their courier. What a mistake that was, if I would have known this I would have stayed clear of Diks. Fedex dropped the sneakers on my busy street, within minutes the package was gone. Called Diks, their response was your problem, called Fedex and they have the weirdest claim system, I gave up. I blame myself for not checking the courier Dik uses. First and last time buying from Diks, your checkout process should let people know who your courier is so they can avoid you like the plague! You suck, dik!

Went into their the other day, and let me just say. They always somehow manages to disappoint every time I get in there. I'm a simple guy, with simple needs. Yet their store either doesn't carry things in house, or is always out of things. And it's not a one off thing either, every time I go in and get things I NEED, they're out.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER ! I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING IT WAS SHIPPED AND 1 MORE APOLIGISING FOR WAIT . I HAVE NOW EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY DON'T REPLY !
