I was happy with the sunglasses, however I had to reach out to Designer Optics myself because I got no shipping information for 10+ days. Turns out that they had already reached out the manufacturer and had to order them, but I didn't know because they hadn't communicated that. Otherwise, Designer Optics is great. Would use again.

The Company POORLY describes what they are ACTUALLY selling, the ad for "Wiley X Xl-1 Eyeglasses - XLF - Matte Black" Showing photos of frames with lenses, and clear and dark lenses, misleads, Only the frames were provided, hardly "eyeglasses" without the lenses. Their Offered solution when contacted? $10 off their $30 lenses. Obviously I wont be back.

Would not purchase again. Never received the sunglasses I ordered called to track the item they stated they were delivered told me I would have to file a police report for the item.

I had ordered the wrong frames and had custom prescription and they refunded my frames order; when I ordered the right frames I found them cheaper on their website after I purchased and they price matched them. Very helpful customer service and response times were quick. I would definitely buy sunglasses again from them.
