I was very happy with my eyeglass purchase. It was easy to enter my prescription and when my order arrived, the glasses were exactly as expected. I really think they did a great job with packaging too, to ensure there was no damage during delivery. I'd definitely purchase from them again and I highly recommend.

I ordered a pair of Gray Oakley Gauge’s from designer optics. Everything worked out great and there was a good selection of sunglasses reasonably priced compared to other retailers. Shipping was fast and on time.

I returned the product because it didn’t meet my expectations but the customer service team was helpful and replied promptly.

Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with, Rude people, Extremely rude people. No matter what you said to these people you're never going to be right. Get used to it. Before you purchase look at what the return policy. I was told I could only get 60% refund. They said when I ordered prescription sun glasses I left something off my order. Why would I want clear lenses put in a pair of sun glasses. If I wanted regular glasses I would have ordered regular glasses. Now I am stuck with supposed to be sun glasses with clear lenses They did include a pair of smoke plastic lens I could put in the frames. Could see with them but I would have sun glasses. I went with another company and have great sun glasses now at a better price.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We want to clarify that your order was processed exactly as submitted. When selecting your lenses, you were given the option to add a tint. The system clearly states that if “None” is chosen, the lenses will be clear with no tint, and a confirmation pop-up requires you to acknowledge this before proceeding. As shown in your order details, “None” was selected, which is why your lenses were produced clear. We understand this may not have been your intended choice, but the order reflects the selections made during checkout. As a courtesy, we offered to redo the lenses with a tint at a discounted price. Designer Optics takes pride in providing customers with exactly what is ordered, and we regret that this was not satisfactory for you.
