ive tried calling into customer support , I was on hold for 4 hours and still wasnt able to speak to anyone . there were 27 people ahead of me and when I was next in line , it jumped all the way back to 27 in line . aside from all that when I received my glasses , it came in a nice packaging however the actual glasses them self's are flimsy and made in japan . but comes in a made in Italy box and packaging . Overall I'm unsatisfied
