Designeroptics.com always has the best selection of the hottest new glasses! Their shipping is prompt and everything comes brand new. For me, the most important thing, is that the glasses are always straight and untouched and don’t need any adjustments. I often find this to be a problem with other retailers. Just like I stated in my first review it all depends on the shipping process which was dismal. I paid extra for shipping which I rarely do but I was excited about the frames getting to me. On the date of supposed delivery I get an email stating it’s in a certain city because the the person sending it out in the wrong address or the person purchasing it entered the incorrect address. Placing blame on someone. Like really. So then it gets shipped to a city further out which canceled the delivery for that day. Which basically cancels the extra money I spent to get it sooner. So I received the item the following day thankfully it was in good condition. Definitely not happy with that experience. I hope the frames will be a better experience on the long run.
