Unable to contact by phone. Hung up on multiple times in one day. I ordered a pair of eyeglass frames for my grandson. The lenses in broken frames are good. I found this company through a google search and placed an order for the frames on 11/10/25. I only received confirmation of order from PayPal, not from Designer Optics. After 3 weeks I tried to call to check on order and was hung up on and disconnected 5 times. I would never place an order with this company again.

The first time I’ve ordered and from the shipping to receiving the package was excellent. The frames are very nice and I’m impressed with the true quality of the frame.

This company should not be in business. They not only falsely advertised about shipment; Photo of the listing states shipping within 5 days. Ordered my item on Oct. 6th, all of a sudden they had some made up holiday so I never got confirmation, so I emailed them and got a reply from some 3rd party company telling me that the business is closed for the random holiday and I wouldn't get any updates til the 16th! Then I had to contact them after the date just to find out that my item was out of stock so they had to outsource and that would take additional time, after 16 days of me contstantly reaching out to them to know what is going on, they finally send me the WRONG item a month later! I emailed them photos and sent it back to them the same day they were delivered - Oct 30th. More emails and excuses and they have their wrong item that I sent back and my money and I'm still waiting on my refund as I never want to deal with them again.

Do not order glasses from here they sent me broken glasses missing one lens box of smashed case of smashed emailed them they asked for pictures of the glasses then asked me to send them. They’re gonna tell me that they’re missing the demo lenses when I sent them. Everything I received now they’re gonna tell me these are not the glasses that they sent me

I ordered older Nautica frames I couldn't find anywhere else. I had new lenses but broke the facepiece. Put the lenses in 11/1 and I have new spare glasses. Thank you.
