I was initially a bit concerned after coming across some negative reviews after placing my order, but I’m very happy to say my experience was completely positive and seamless. I received my Prada sunglasses exactly one week after ordering, in perfect condition. They were clearly authentic and arrived with the case, cards, and all original packaging. I had also reached out to customer service to ask about shipping, and they responded within a day and a half. Overall, no issues at all and a smooth experience from start to finish.

Ordered prescription glasses that took 16 days to arrive (advertised as 7). When they finally showed up, the lenses were the wrong prescription—verified by my optometrist. Contacted support expecting a straightforward fix. Instead, they told me lenses are "final sale" and offered to let me return only the frames. The lenses they made incorrectly. Their mistake, my problem apparently. After two weeks of back-and-forth trying to get a refund for a product they made wrong, they simply stopped responding. If they get your prescription right, maybe you're fine. If they don't, good luck. EDIT: Yes they finally responded after going silent for a week. I'll update this review after they receive the glasses to see if they correct their mistake.

I received defective frames from this seller (cost over $300). Provided support phone number directs customers to use email instead. I sent multiple emails over the course of a week with photo evidence, also submitted a return request form on the website, but received no response for over 1 week. I strongly recommend staying away from this seller.

Took forever to ship. Tracking wasn't very accurate. On top of it all, the frames came incredibly out of shape and bent. To the point where I need to go pay to have them reshaped professionally. Not very happy.

Got exactly what I needed and shipped fast and when I checked out I I forgot my savings code and they gave me the credit back! Email communication was prompt and helpful . If only all businesses were this good!

Item was great, exactly as described and in brand new condition. The price was very reasonable and beat other sellers. Shipping was fast.

I haven’t had much negative experiences with this company. I absolutely love every pair of glasses. I’ve ordered from them and I’m on my fourth pair because I keep buying the wrong size but I absolutely love my glasses. I’m still waiting on my refund for a pair but everything seems to be moving pretty smoothly

Received my order in a timely manner, they shades i order were exactly as described and authentic, came in original packaging. I was skeptical because of the price being so low, I purchased the same pair of shades a few years back but left them in a hotel so I was super happy to get a new pair.
