Lenses with obvious defects.
UPDATE 4/3/26: Designer Optics was responsive to my issue and replaced the defective glasses. I think they should work on staying on top of communications with customers, but the overall service was good. I ordered new glasses with progressive lenses. The day I received the order, I opened the box to inspect and try on the glasses and immediately saw several flaws. There is a noticeable chip on the right lens. The right lens does not properly fit into the frames (it is very loose). There are several scratches on the left lens. I contacted Designer Optics immediately, on the day I received the glasses, to notify them of the clear flaws in the lenses, but received no reply. So, I attempted to contact them two days later, and again received no reply. I was not asking for a refund, just to have the defective lenses replaced, but the company has refused to communicate with me at all.
