Product quality is good, shipping experience was poor. It took 15 days to arrive. It's supposed to ship within 1-5 days, on day 9 I sent an email. Miraculously, it shipped the next day. Then came a day later then tracking info said. Glasses are good, price was good but 15 days shipping is an eternity in today's retail environment.

I ordered a frame on February 27, 2026 with a promise time of 1 week delivery that’s why I pushed through and made the purchase. Today is March 11, 2026 and I have not received the frame. DHL tracking which was last updated march 6 indicated that the Product is in Whittier CA. I live in Mission Viejo so I was hopeful that in 3 business days that I will get it. When I didn’t receive it on Monday, March 9, I emailed support and was informed on March 11 that it was delivered per tracking but I didn’t get it. After an hour or so, another email came in saying that DHL sent back the product. Another tracking update came in saying it was just sorted in USPS Brooklyn NY. Never will I order from this company again and nobody else should, unless you want to experience the same inconvenience that I experienced. You’ve been warned. There should be a 0 star rating, I would’ve ticked on that.

Ordered a Seiko Quartz watch. DO did not check watch B4 shipping. Shipped watch with a DEAD battery. I had to take my new watch to a watch repair for a new battery. Cost was $32! Called customer service and was put on hold for over 40 minutes. Automated system that said I was next in line with a wait time of 14 minutes. Two minutes later same message telling me I was 3rd in line and my wait time was 5 minutes. DO never answered my phone call. I don't recommend doing business with DO.

It took over a month to receive my glasses. But when I received them they looked awesome. Well worth the purchase.

Easy to use checkout. Order was correct and arrived very quickly. Well packaged and even came with a really nice hard case. Definitely will use them again in the future.

I was billed for an order and NEVER received the frames. I sent multiple emails but received no response. refund the money or ship the frames!!!! I strongly recommend staying away from this company.

Don't do business with this company. It took filing a dispute with my credit card for someone from the company to contact me! I placed an order with Designer Optics in early February, and after calling and emailing with no response, I disputed the charge on my card. I received a call about my order today. The representative was reaching out because they had gotten a notification from American Express that I disputed the Designer Optics charge to my account. The representative claimed that Designer Optics had started my order but could not proceed until I resolved my dispute. I asked when they had started my order, and the answer was "Yesterday." My order was not processed for nearly a month and then only AFTER they received a dispute from American Express. It appears that without threat, they had no intention of working on my order. Save yourself the time and trouble. Stay away from Designer Optics.

I've ordered a few glasses and I haven't had any complaints they have nice and affordable prices
