I love my unit and the Bluetooth too. It’s so easy to operate and works flawlessly so far. We did the install ourselves. So far so good!

I bought 4 Dellas and I would buy more because of the price, ease, and convenience of the system. The WiFi function really makes all of the difference as you can operate from anywhere. One of the systems had some problems and I had to replace the inside portion because of a constant clicking sound like something was loose inside. I’m now experiencing an issue with the outside portion and looking to replace just the compressor (I believe). Can you purchase these separately? Or is there a replacement available. Besides the issue with 1 unit, everything else has been a positive experience.

i bought one DELLA 8000 BTU Energy Saving Window Air Conditioner Cools Up to 350 Sq. Ft., GEO Location, AC Unit with WIFI Smart Controls, Last October and after use it only 2 times a week stop working not more cold air out of it

Installed unit a year ago myself. I watched YouTube videos and it took me about three hours to finish the install. Was pretty easy really. Heats and cools our 450 sq. ft. room quite well. I only gave it four stars because louvers on air handler only pivot up and down and not side to side. The other issue is that when using the heater if it’s below 32degrees the unit freezer up and shuts off. It makes a cracking ice sound before shutting off.

I’m not happy at all. We got the mini spits put in last year and they are horrible. My lines keep freezing in one room. And it’s never the same room or unit if you put one of your units below 70 in any room it will freeze the lines. We keep getting error codes. And they replaced the out side unit in October and it’s still not working properly. I’m not happy at all. I spent over 6k to get everything going and I’m having nothing but issues with this unit. I had it serviced three times and still nothing is working. Three units will be cold air and one will be warm air. And it’s never the same unit you just don’t know which one it will be. Not happy at all

My Della mini split works fantastic in my pool house, keeps it warm in the winter and cool in the summer flawlessly

We purchased the portable air conditioner and we love it. It works great in our bedroom. I do wish it was a little quieter, but we sleep just fine. I love the remote and being able to change the temperature from bed. The unit was super easy to set up. The window kit is low profile and fits nicely. I would buy this again!

These units are the bomb. But I do not like the beeping sound. even if I hit the silence button it only works once then you hear the beeping again. Plus it is very hard to download onto your phone!
