I purchased the 65" Arched Modern Fluted Sideboard Buffet Cabinet. Overall, I am pleased with the cabinet’s craftsmanship and general quality. The materials, construction, and overall appearance seem excellent. However, after assembling the cabinet, I noticed a gap of approximately half an inch between the cabinet doors when closed. This detracts from the finished appearance and suggests an issue with the door alignment or fit. Aside from this issue, I am satisfied with the cabinet’s overall quality. Therefore, I would rate the product 4 out of 5 stars, as the door gap is a noticeable flaw in an otherwise well-crafted piece of furniture.

Overall love to be able to control the unit via the app. Price was decent compared to the device quality.

For the most part our experience was great but I needed it overnighted and you could not do that even though I was willing to pay . If you could take criticism you should do the overnight mail , it would have shaved off almost 2 weeks in sleeping on a very uncomfortable air mattress . Thank you for listening

There should have parts on hand. But, the unit appears to be good. One part was broken and I am waiting for it or 150.00 rebate back. Which is ok but not great. I just ordered a second one.

The company was very helpful with troubleshooting and tracking the problem with the unit, which no longer cools or generates condensation. The unit is just over one year old and has only been used a a dozen times. Rebooting the unit did not fix the problem.

The mini split system came with everything I needed to install the unit and the install rental kit helped a lot. The reason I gave it four stars is because the instructions in the book was confusing at one part but the instructions for everything else was spot on.

The unit arrived without damage or missing parts. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I used the rental kit, but could never get the vacuum down to 500. I rechecked all line set connections and everything was to spec and seated well. My space is 384 sq ft and insulated and I bought the 12000 btu unit. However, being in Texas, I should have spent a few $ more and gone with the 18k btu unit. While the unit works, it cannot keep the shop at 74 all day, even when running it 24/7.

I believe it wasn't Della fault. I scheduled the delivery on a certain date took off work. The company they used called me left a message to call to schedule. There phone didn't work. Never answered. Had to call the main office in Alabama to get a person. The Jacksonville fl office lied and acted stupid. The said they had spoke to for delivery the next day. Lie! I had to take off another day of work lost two days of pay. The main office in Alabama was called again they said the company in Jax sent me a text where I could track the shipment arrival. No they didn't. Said it would be delivered between 5 and 6 pm. Actually showed up at 2 pm. The shipping company sucked!
