Only lasted 2 months before it started blowing hot air, customer service did not help.

I live in a renovated garage. This is the first time using such a product. The heat did not work so I purchased a floor heater and it did well. The air conditioning unit does sufficient. It doesn’t get cold but it does keep my room cool. I also use my ceiling fan to help it.

della airconditioners 10000 btu, works flawlessly, as long as you follow directions, it seems it is very important to slant it 5/16 inch from level for smooth and quite operation, I love eco mode and you can turn off led display for sound sleep, I love this. and you can controll with Android phone and it has many features easy install easy directions, perfect

A year in with the 12000 BTU SEER 2 mini split and no complaints. The WiFi can get a little wonky at times but the product does a great job heating and cooling my 600 sq ft storage building. Being able to control it remotely on my phone is a huge plus. Just turn it on a few minutes before I’m heading to the building and by the time I get there it’s cool in the summers and warm in the winters. FYI - it can struggle a little below 20 C, but if you run the systems constantly in the cold days it maintains coziness pretty well. Over all I’m really happy with this purchase.

Would not recommend… I spent almost 4K on a unit for my entire home and I’m currently on my 3rd condenser. Customer service is highly lacking to say the least. This new unit has thrown several codes but praying it last because I have no money to spend on a better set up 😪 I have had the set up for 8 months this most recent condenser unit has been installed less then 3 months. I just purchased a different brand for my rental houses and like that brand a thousand times better!!!

the unit is quick to cool down my garage (she shed), but it keeps going. i'll have to shut it off, for a bit. the unit warms great, but not my feet area. i saved a ton ($5k) buying it myself and having a tech install, which was more than the unit. overall, i love the unit but it has some flaws. the unit is DELLA 18000 BTU Energy Saving Mini Split 19 SEER2 Cools Up to 650 Sq.Ft Wifi Split Air Conditioner & Heater Ductless Pre-Charged Inverter System with 1.5 Ton Heat Pump(JPB Series with R32 refrigerant)

Very disappointed that I cannot add to the unit that I purchased additional head units without buying a whole new system. System I purchase can have four head units but Della does not sell them individually very disappointed

Purchased DELLA 18K BTU ODU 2 Dual Zone from amazon. The unit is less than a year old and constantly has error codes displayed. The units will not cool (yes filters are clean). The units were installed by a licensed professional. I would not recommend this product.
