Even though Della has a 30 day return window they were willing to work with me since the HVAC installer I was using wasn't able to get to our home within the 30 days. I very much appreciate the flexibility and good customer service I received over the phone today from Elizabeth. Thank you.

I ordered a mini split on Amazon and could not make it work so I called and left a voicemail and got a return call from Hector who walked me through some trouble shooting and came to the conclusion the compressor was bad he worked up a warranty claim and sent out a replacement. Top notch customer service thank you Hector!

This BELLEZE furniture is stunning! It came beautifully packaged and assembly was very straightforward. The modular pieces make it flexible for most needs. We intended to assemble two more base cabinets with 1 hutch unit on either end to accommodate our large TV. After assembling 3 cabinet units we realized the whole assembled unit would not be proportional to the overall space. We decided that the 3 base cabinets would be perfect for our needs. Customer service was amazing in helping with returns and credit for the unused modular units. I would highly recommend this company for both the quality of their product and their excellent customer service and support. Dee
