I bought 800 btu split unit for my 2 car garage and it is great Easy installation economic and cooling fast I highly recommend it

Purchased the split system for my workshop/garage. Installed it myself. Worked well until we had a hail storm. When I contacted customer support about getting parts to repair the unit I was told that since the unit was out of warranty they would not be able to supply me with parts.

Works great for what I need. Cools down the room quickly and isn't very loud. I would recommend.

It's a good air conditioner. We've had it about a year now and have been as satisfied as can be when using one wall unit and a couple fans to cool a whole house. I don't care for wall units but the house I'm in doesn't have central air. This Della AC does a good job keeping the house cool. I really like the app, it adds a lot of convenience.

Installation was easy, there are plenty of videos online. What I find lacking are the explanations for the controls. As another reviewer noted, it doesn't seem to shut off when it reaches the temp it's set for, but just keeps running.

We bought the Della for our sunroom. We did not get it installed for awhile. Once we did it worked great! Problem we had was, I did not install the app and my dog chewed up the remote. I called Della and told them my problem and they asked where I bought it (amazon). He looked up the order, said no worries and mailed me a new remote. That is what I call great support. My husband installed the Della himself,I heard some swearing....but he figured it out and we couldn't be happier with how well it works. Only have used it for heat but summer is coming and sure the air conditioning will work just fine.

Just install it, So easy you’d be a fool to hire it out. Don’t be intimidated by vacuuming the lines, a 1st grader could do it. Love the WiFi. Works great! Will write review after 6 months of use.

Andriod app does not work. It needs to be fixed. The programmable options do not work as expected either. You should be able to use the AC unit as a stand alone option where it only comes on when needed not a constant run where it is allowed to use heat then AC. It being quiet is the good. Please fix your app to control the unit and add a youtube instruction.
