Great product so far no complaints. I did get a licensed HVAC guy to hook up gas lines.

The air conditioner itself works pretty decent. But the hose that connects to the window for the exhaust is not well-made. It started falling apart after not even three months of use that needs to be made a little more sturdy.i received a reply from Della customer service. I provided model number and part number but was told they could not help me without an order number. I ordered through a 3rd party like walmart and dont have an order number. They should be able to replace the part with model number. Customer Service cannot proceed without order info. Very dissapointing.

Once professional installed , it was the best investment In my home for Both heating and cooling , I would Highly recommend making this purchase and I’m also thinking adding more units in my home

This is a great product, and easy to install. I put it in late last summer and it has been working great ever since. I just installed a Pioneer Mini Split that is defective. Stick with Della

Install was ok and works great so far. 3 months. Moves a lot of air but still is almost silent. Seems better than the Mr cool I replaced which was not a long lasting unit. More expensive- worked barely 3yrs with a lot of maintenance required. Hope this one is much better. Funny how they never ask for review years later just right after initial purchase.

So far unit is working but hard to understand some functions and no customer service help. I even looked on YouTube. Very little about each button function to know how to set it for different weather

I like my della ac .it works so good for my house .I'll recommend it 100%👍

We purchased a Della Mini Split for our master suite, because it's the furthest room from our air handler for the rest of the house. It does and amazing job and in using it, it has lowered our electric bill considerably.
