Updated review to thank the company for responding so quickly
I am amending my review for Dayalane. Well, it was frustrating that there is not a live person to talk to, they went above and beyond to rectify my situation. I did not get proper tools to put the chair together, which made the chair useless. But they were very quick and making sure I received a new chair.

Quick and best customer service
Quick and best customer service. The delivery partner missed my item but DAYALANE helped and escalated it and fulfil the order anyhow. Definitely recommend them 10/10

I have been trying to get help with returning items.
I have been trying to get help with returning items and getting a refund. When I came customer service they say they will email support@DAYALANE and I have already done that. I’ve gone back and forth with emails for a week. Every time they reply they are not addressing the issue. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that everyone in any support/customer service is only reachable by email. Emails are only replied to late at night during non business hours and then I have to wait until the next night for replies from which the replies appear that they are not reading my email to them. There has been a very frustrating experience.
