Shipping was on time.
Shipping was on time. But, not happy for the chairs' height. Not met my expectations.😔 Wood quality is great. Did not like how the using of the product top notch safe. Don't lean to the side of the chair.

Good customer service
I had some issues with a couple of the chairs that I purchased. But dayalane offered to replace the chairs, which was very nice of them to do. I was happy with their speedy response and offer to replace them even though it was past 30 days that I had purchased them.

Easy assembly and good quality
Finally we got our packages delivered. Assembly was easy except placement of H1 needs some work. Half the chairs wobbled which needed adjustments of gliders. Wondering how will they hold? Will look for some chair seat covers

good Sofa, Be prepared for assembly
although not that hard, but there are a lot of pieces, other than that it looks good. also, i am missing some peices so i'll have to try and reach out to get the missing items to firmly secure the sofa pieces together.

Dining table
We ordered dining table and unfortunately I believe due to delivery/shipping company, the table had minor scratches. Dayalane customer service was extremely receptive and offered multiple options to resolve the situation.

Updated review to thank the company for responding so quickly
I am amending my review for Dayalane. Well, it was frustrating that there is not a live person to talk to, they went above and beyond to rectify my situation. I did not get proper tools to put the chair together, which made the chair useless. But they were very quick and making sure I received a new chair.
