At Dayalane, we pride ourselves on delivering both high-quality furniture and excellent service, and it is incredibly disappointing to hear that we fell short in this instance. Hello Haylee, We are incredibly sorry for the frustration and disappointment this has caused. Our records show that your order was split into two packages, which is why you only received the glass top initially. It looks like the second package encountered a major shipping delay or went missing in transit. We apologize that our initial response didn't reach you sooner. Your experience is very important to us, and we want to make this right immediately. We have just sent an email to you directly to arrange a full refund or a fast-tracked replacement—whichever you prefer. Please check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case) so we can resolve this for you right away.
