Absolutely awful shop so glad I never bought my brides dress from them, they altered my bridesmaid dresses in the Stratford store incorrectly making one of them shorter on one side. I complained straight away and I’m still battling with them since the 12th July. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. Customer service is awful,

What can I say, I was looking forward to trying on a few dresses as this was a new angle for what I was looking for as originally I was going to go non traditional but visiting David’s Bridal Birmingham opened my eyes to lots of possibility. Lydia was my stylist throughout my appointment and she couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding, sometimes putting the same dress back on 3 or 4 times! She listened to what I said and was interested in my big day and the dresses she suggested went with my style and wasn’t annoyed if I didn’t agree, very professional and definitely knows her stuff. I visited with my family, who were also made to feel very welcome and their opinions mattered. All the staff were friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Great experience and extremely happy with my purchase. Would recommend David’s to anyone who is planning their wedding.

Overall experience was great as we found the dress. However, it would’ve been better if our actual stylist helped us find it. Olga did not allow the bride to try something out of her comfort zone/ a wild card. She went with the reference that was showed in another bridal store which I understand but the whole reason why it was not purchased at the other store was because it was not the one.. it was all a waste of time until Israel came along and picked the dress that the bride took home. Thank you to Eni, Ferdireca and the other lovely short lady with the black curly hair and thank you Israel for choosing the ONE!

Amazing place to get the perfect dress. Lydia was great help for my friend to find the dress she loved and had amazing customer service skills. Would definitely recommend

I went with my friend today as she was getting alterations for her dress and purchasing items. Ashley was absolutely amazing from David's Bridal in the Albany, NY store. Great customer service, amazing personality, and just overall had us leaving smiling. Thank you for all you do!

I had a lovely experience shopping for a wedding dress at Stratford's store. My stylist Augusta and another lady, Marcia were very nice and helpful. They went above and beyond- nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very kind and this made the experience special. I ended up ringing the bell for an evening gown (before I even knew I wanted one!) I didn't find my dress DRESS, but found a lovely one for the evening! Thank you ladies for all of your help! I look forward to returning for a fitting. I would like to give a tiny bit of positive criticism to all of the ladies who work in store though, the morning after, when I was at work, I received two phone calls (from different people) regarding the review, not even a couple of hours apart, and it slightly spoiled the FAB experience I had with them. I felt a little bit 'hassled' for my positive feedback-- which was always going to be positive anyway :)

There were 3 weddings and multiple formals in my family and we all used David's Bridal to fulfill our various roles. The shop that used to be in Tuscaloosa, Alabama was the best. I mean amazing... They calm you when you are stressed. They kept us updated on new styles. The person that did alterations will turn whatever dress you have into a one of a kind. We all looked incredible. Went for an appointment yesterday with my mum, mother in law and 2 bridesmaids. Kelly was my consultant and she was absolutely amazing, really made me feel comfortable and excited about trying on the dresses despite me having no real idea about what I wanted. Kelly was patient and understanding and used her knowledge to help me find the perfect dress and I cannot thank her enough for that. She even let me keep my dress on while my bridesmaids tried on dresses for them, and the appointment way overran the hour and a half it should have been. Kelly and all the other ladies working didn’t seem mind and were all smiles the whole time, even after I had tried on at least 10 dresses and my bridesmaids at least 6! There was no push from Kelly to buy the dress there and then and she asked all the right questions to help me realise what I wanted. She was so friendly and welcoming and definitely made the whole experience so much better than I was anticipating. Thank you so much! X
