I went to the Medford, Oregon David’s Bridal today and I was so shocked to have found my dream dress!! The very nice lady named Briana actually picked out my dress herself! Something I didn’t think I’d like turned into the dress I’d been looking for🥰 so happy with their service thank you David’s bridal!!!!!!

This is probably going to sound quite cheesy but shopping at David's Bridal in Birmingham yesterday was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! I was served by the lovely Paige C who was so kind, attentive and patient in helping me find my dream dress. I went in with a specific dress in mind that I wanted to try but ended up being knocked sideways by a completely different dress that I absolutely fell in love with (which wasn't hard as all the dresses looked so beautiful). One thing that both myself and my friends loved was that Paige was so great in involving our entire party. When I was changing dresses I heard her chatting to the girls and getting their opinions on accessories and it was just so lovely to know that they were also being included in the process. Even the manager kept popping over and chatting to us which really demonstrated the genuine level of care that the staff have for customers. My friends and I truly had the loveliest afternoon shopping at the Birmingham store and the cherry on top was that my chosen dress ended up being on sale so I got it for an absolute bargain! I will definitely be recommending David's Bridal to all the future Brides that I know and to look out for Paige if they pop in! Thank you so much for all of your help, I honestly am so grateful 😊❤️

I went to David's bridal on September 15, 2019. I was so nervous and didn't know anything about choosing a dress or what to even look for. I loved my whole experience at David's Bridal. Kristen was the best Stylist to work with.

The first time I entered David's Bridal, I was overwhelmed by the puffy, white gorgeousness of it all which I knew would never suit a comfort-based tomboy like me. Reluctant, but running short on time, I booked an appointment with a personal stylist- and then came to meet the lovely Alessandra. Alessandra came to be the second most thing I was sure about, after my husband. She searched through billowing clouds of white and tulle, aided only by my guidance that I wanted something I could move around in, which was well fitted, and simple enough to fit into a barn style wedding. She came back with not 1 but 3 dresses but fit the bill (literally, with all of them under £500). I found the one, this open back, comfortable sheath dress that I not only looked my best in- but FELT my best in. Alessandra took my vague words and ideas, and transformed it into the dress of my dreams, not holding back from constructive criticism but working with me and what I was comfortable in and happy with- every step of the way and very, very honest advice. This divine angel then came back on her day off, to make sure we found the perfect veil to go with it- and from someone who initially came with an army of women to guide her, I switched to relying solely on her expertise. She was a stylist who knew exavtly what I needed, an empath who knew exactly what I wanted and is now a friend who I will forever be grateful to for finding THE dress! Thank you mí amore!

This is for the Sales Manager ~ **LATASHA NOBLE** at David's Bridal on W. Wendover Ave. In Greensboro, NC 27407. I was sent a dress that was to small and didn't have time to reorder!! Latasha worked with me and the alterations dept. to make sure everything went smooth!!! I will have my Dress on time and fitting to the T because of her help!! Thank you so very much!! Even though there were a few hurdles along the way, for example, the alterations went really wrong. They did manage to correct it all in time for the wedding and in very short notice. The manager and the staff were very very helpful and made me feel very very special and important. KK

I would not even give this place one star if it didn’t make me select one before I could write my review. To begin this rant, I made an appointment with David’s bridal in Madison Heights MI for my sisters wedding. We all showed up and things went fine for awhile until we were assigned a lady who had no idea what she was doing, my sisters WHOLE bridal party including herself fell in love with one dress and because we had girls of all shapes and sizes asked if we could alter that dress to make it longer and we were assured multiple times we could. We all then went out to celebrate when we received a call an hour later telling us we couldn’t get that dress because it could not be altered. So, we all had to go back and cancel our orders. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that time and we picked a different dress. We all ordered our dresses and they all came within a week, it was perfect. but Then months went by and I, the made of honor became pregnant. So about 3 weeks before the wedding I contacted a personal stylist from David’s bridal about ordering a size up, I told them I was pregnant and the dress simply did not fit anymore and this was my sisters dream and I didn’t want to ruin it. The stylist then told me “I suggest you find another dress because that dress is special order and you won’t get it until December 27th” mind you, her wedding was October 11th and I also made that clear to them. I bargained and pleased saying I’d drive to any store and pay any price just to have this dress and she gave me no hope and said it wasn’t possible. So I took it upon myself considering the dresses some girls ordered didn’t order until September after being told it would take 2 months to receive and still got it within a week and ordered another dress in the correct size. I ordered September 26th and am receiving it tomorrow. I think everyone at David’s bridal is unprofessional, very unknowing if policies and very cold hearted. I DO NOT recommend them one bit, their are plenty other shops who genuinely care about you and your big day. Don’t waste your time on David’s bridal.

Where do I start?! I went to David’s bridal looking for my dream wedding dress and Alex help me find the perfect one! She couldn’t of been any more helpful! Absolutely loved her she made me experience amazing! I highly recommend anyone going to David’s Bridal in Feasterville Trevose ask for Alex! She is the best! Loved her because she is honest with you!
