I found my dress! I want to thank all the ladies working at the store on W 25th Street! You were amazing! I felt very comfortable. And especially I want to thank Dolores for guiding me through the dresses and helping me to find THAT ONE!

I went in to try on Mother of the Bride dresses on a Saturday evening. I didn't have an appointment. Zohreh helped me and went the extra mile. We used the David's Bridal Mother of the Bride color palette that is on the website and found a perfect dress and shoes!

What an amazing experience! Full attention & patience from the amazing Danique in the Birmingham store! My daughter said “yes to the dress” and we are back again on Saturday to chose Bridesmaids! Definitely recommend for that 1st class experience. Big thanks to all the other amazing assistants who also gave their input!

Today I went dress shopping with my bestie. She is getting married next year and I am the maid of honor. We went to the David's Bridal located in Sunrise Florida next to Sawgraw Mills Mall. Kristin Manz took great care of us. She was very helpful and informative. I would recommend this store to everyone planning a wedding. -Colette

Went last Thursday amazing experience but nerve wracking tried three dresses as they didn't have tights I wore my own. The only drawback were the shoes too low.katie the stylist was lovely she complimented me on my figure(I'm pre op trans) my ability to walk in heels tights and my good legs.thevshop is in Birmingham UK tried a gorgeous dress champagne with built in bra which high lighted my breasts. For 90 minutes I was a princess bride. Thanks to the team and not once did I feel alienated laura

Went to David's Bridal in Stratford today. Said yes to the dress! Francesca my stylist was incredible, not pushy, honest and made the experience for me, my bridal party and mum so special. Cannot recommend enough!

I bought a dress in afternoon, left it for alterations to be done the following day, phoned to return dress when the store opened and was told it was too late that it was already cut. Now, I purchased this dress late in the day, I think they cut it as soon as I walked out to force a sale. Plus, the alteration fees were excessive, in my opinion. The local manager was helpful and refunded the dress, but the alteration fees were still billed (tacking the straps which came apart when touched and the cutting off of the bottom and hem). I was charged a huge rush fee. Again, because of the quick cutting, I am stuck with a dress I do not want. The straps were tacked and the sleeve was tacked and I was charged 40 dollars! The threads came out when the manager and I touched the sleeve. Also, I was charge 60 dollars for a rush fee. Little did I know that the rush was tacky stitching. The hem was cut apparently immediately after they swiped my card, so that I couldn’t change my mind, I phoned immediately at 10:30 (actually began at 5:30 am) and was told that the seamstresses were not in and the manager would call me back. Now I wonder if they didn’t take that time to cut the dress to force me to keep it.
