I took my bridesmaids to the Stratford Westfield store and the experience was appalling. They had double-booked, so we were sharing one assistant with another group, and we barely saw her, although she managed to be quite dismissive in those brief interactions. The dressing room was absolutely mobbed, so there was barely any space, and all four of my bridesmaids had to get changed together in one cubicle. The dresses themselves were also awful - I don't think we saw a single one that didn't have makeup stains or rips, or both. Considering we chose David's so we could try on as many styles as possible to see what suited everyone best, the choice was so limited. Most of the dresses were either size 2 or 22 - it was really hard to find anything in a normal size to try on, which defeated the whole purpose of the trip. The fabrics looked and felt incredibly cheap, which is quite galling considering they aren't even that cheap. And it was almost impossible to get a dress without a crotch-grazing slit in, which is not really the vibe I'm going for. It was a real shame, because it was the first trip getting all the bridesmaids together and I could see they felt uncomfortable. And THEN I got an email to say I had missed my appointment (which obviously... I hadn't) and could I reschedule - absolutely not, thanks David's!

Amazing experience today ! Sooo many dress choices and colours. Nicola our stylist was super ! She really helped us with all of the choices there was for bridesmaid dresses and was a big part of helping us choose the right shape and fit for all my bridesmaids !

Had a phenomenal experience at David’s Bridal. I was able organise my wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses and mother of the bride dress. They worked tirelessly to ensure that all my dresses would be in stock and ready for my wedding with a small window to work with (2 1/2 months). Thank you soooooo much Paulina, Caroline and Sumi and all the amazing friendly staff in Watford!!! xoxox

Went to David’s bridal in Westfield Stratford last Saturday 2nd November, this is the only store I could find that catered for junior bridesmaids my daughter who’s 9 and the best mans daughter also 9. Very warm welcome, we had a look at styles that the girls wanted to try on and Destiny was our stylist, she was lovely. The girls tried on a few and the last one they both loved, felt comfortable and loved the style, the style suited both girls perfectly, my daughter is tall for her age so needed to find a style that both girls loved. So all ordered and can’t wait to receive the girls dresses some time in March they take up to 18 weeks! Overall a very positive experience at David’s bridal Westfield. Thank you.

My original review was a one star. That review was based on my shopping experience. This review has to do with the alteration department in Friendswood, TX. My experience with them was great. My appointment for the alteration was on time, woman pinned up my dress, told me when it would be ready, paid, and left. Came back on day they said it would be ready, tried on the dress, perfect length, left the store. Good service with no issues. The alteration employee was extremely nice. She should train the sales people!
