I went to David’s Bridal today with my mother and two maid of honours. Our stylist Nicola was amazing and so helpful! She listened to everything we wanted, and gave us an array of different styles to try on. I recommend Nicola for your bridal party as she will make your experience enjoyable.

We had the best girls working on my wedding dress and my sister’s bridesmaid dress!! Susan and Kayla were amazing! They were so helpful in every way and I would recommend them to anyone!

I was in the gulf to Bay Florida store monday night Amanda and another associate i forgot her name, I know she has been there for 8 years, were very helpful and friendly.

I went to David’s bridal for a Mother of groom dress. I found one I liked but not the color I wanted. They did order me the one I wanted. It took a month to get it and I did not hear back from them so I called the store and they said it was in and they tried calling me several times. First off if you called me several times why didn’t they leave a voice mail? So down to the wire I of course needed alterations. Went back a week later and it was all wrong. Sleeves were different and sagging on one side and the length was different all around but did not even mention that to them. So I had to be pinned up again (sticking to my body) and wait another week which the wedding was a week away. Went back to try it again and due to wedding being the next day I had to except it the way it was at this point. The day of the wedding I had to pin and tape dress to my body due to the alterations pulling in my straps so far that I couldn’t keep it on my shoulders. One sleeve was tighter than the other and they did not even match each other. Needless to say I spend so much time working on this dress that I was stressed the rest of the day. Pulling and fixing it all through the day and night. I invested over $200 in this dress and I had to pay for the alterations before the work was even done and now I understand why. I’m so disappointed and I will never return for any occasion.

Excellent Service by Jordan South @ the Scottsdale Az store. Came into the store on short notice due to my daughter is active duty in the Coast Guard and we needed to find her bridesmaid dress. Jordan is a veteran herself and went above and beyond to make sure the dress would be ready in time for my wedding along w/ any needed alterations. Great employees at this locations would recommend this store to any bride or bridesmaid in need of serious customer service. Gina S.

I went for a first wedding dress fitting on 21/12/2019 and I had Paige B as my consultant. I had 5 friends with me and I think we can all agree Paige was fantastic! She was patient with us all suggesting new styles of dresses and different veils and I have such a lovely unforgettable day! I even found my dress! Amazing service and amazing people and a thank you to Lydia who also helped :)

Yesterday I had my alteration at the birmingham UK store and Fay was amazing she was extremely tentative to my needs and has put all my doubts at ease. I just know she will do a great job with my dress. Can't wait to get it back in the new year

Mike Hardin at Davids Bridal in Raleigh NC provided superior customer service, It was such a pleasure working with him. He gave my daughter and myself his complete attention. My daughter was looking for a wedding dress, and I was looking for a mother of the bride dress. Mike knew exactly what would look great on both of us and guided us in a way that allowed us to see for ourselves and make our own decisions. We felt no pressure from Mike. He has a great sense of humor and had us laughing throughout the session. We ended the session purchasing both a wedding dress and a mother of the bride dress with accessories. It was truly a wonderful experience!! All brides and mothers of the bride should feel as special as we did due to Mike's special attention.
