Gina at the Lewisville location went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. She made time to help me choose my dream wedding dress. She made me laugh and cry tears of joy. I would highly recommend this location. The management and staff are top notch.

I went to David's Bridal at Westfield Stratford City as it stocked petite sizes. However I fell for a dress that didn't offer petite and so accepted would need altering. After a very detailed measuring and discussion to check it could be altered, they ordered the dress taking 50% deposit. It was quite a hard sell and I was very concerned after I had left the store as to whether I had done the right thing. To my horror when I did go to my appointment to try on the dress it was huge, definitely a size too big. They were insistent that I needed this bigger size for them to alter it down, but the style of the bodice would not allow such a massive alteration, in my opinion. I was surrounded by the manager, the sales assistant and the one I had originally seen all persuading me I was quite wrong and that they had ordered the right size. Basically, I had to pay up and shut up as they refused to return it and order the next size down. I lost out on £1000 and the outcome was that I bought another dress at my local wedding dress shop, for less money and with a much more enjoyable experience. They were helpful, no hard sell and the alteration (just height) was perfect. Do not be persuaded to buy a dress under pressure like I was, from David's Bridal. Please go to your local wedding shop. Good luck.

My daughter and I went in to David's Bridal (North Austin store) for the 2nd time to shop for wedding dresses. My daughter had three specific dresses to try on but I also ask our consultant, Regan, to choose something that, in her professional opinion, would compliment my daughter's plus size figure. Regan quickly found all the dresses my daughter requested to see plus one more. While my daughter was relatively happy with one of her own picks, the dress Regan picked out was stunning. My daughter was almost positive that Regan's pick was "the one". After "jacking it up", tears came to my daughter's eyes and we knew we had the winner. Regan was fun, attentive, clear in her direction, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Regan, for making my daughter's dreams come true.

Excellent service from Nicola. She helped us pick out the perfect dress that we all agreed on. She was patient, helpful and quick to answer our query’s. Would definitely recommend.

Davids bridal was the worst bridal experience possible. The front of house staff member on the ground floor ignored me and my party and rather continued her very exciting conversation about her night out last week then bluntly said 'upstairs' when i explained that i had an appointment. Anyway, we got upstairs and was told that even though i had made an appointment months in advance there would be a 20 / 25 minute wait for a stylist and changing room. So i started to look through the dresses. The majority of them were stained, smelled vile and felt incredibly cheap. Me and my party were taken through and we were sat down and i went in to a fitting room, where i then waited for nearly 10 minutes before the assistant returned with anything to actually try on. I was put in the dress, the very very itchy, non lined, cheap looking and feeling highly stained dress and again, the assistant disappeared. Multiple times my Maid of honour had to take the dress of me and put the next one on me because no one was there to assist at all. After i had decided i was not at all interested in purchasing from this establishment i said to an assistant i was leaving and thank you very much etc etc etc and they actually looked shocked ! They attempted to push me in to putting down a deposit on a dress 'if you put a deposit down on any dress and you change your mind you can always change it to another dress its fine' I would not only recommend this place i would actually advise people to avoid like the plague.

Words cannot express what wonderful customer service we received at the David's Bridal, Tonawanda, NY store. Sarah Crouch, Store Manager, helped us thru an extremely delicate situation with such incredible kindness and understanding. I will not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone looking for bridal attire. Everyone we dealt with was great to work with, especially Sarah. Thank you very much.

Oh My Gosh, my wedding is 3 months away and I just went into David's Bridal today so I could talk to someone about dresses for the maid of honor and bride's maids. Now I am an "more mature bride" so this isn't my first wedding and I'm keeping it simple but I'm still so stressed out. Anyway, I walk in and ask if we can look around and was told I could. So here we are looking at dresses when out of nowhere My Angel Tracie Chuisano walked up and asked if she could help. Within a few seconds she had my stress level down where I actually felt like everything was going to be ok. She assured me that everything was doable and we were going to make this work. I have my first appointment on Saturday with my wedding party and I'm calm. Thank you My Angel Tracie!!!!!

Just went with yesterday with my best friend to buy her wedding dress. Alix was amazing. She was so kind, helpful. She listened, and made the experience wonderful. Thank you Alix!
